Professional, Friendly

Professional and friendly - Rick, as always, informed me of the work that was being done, and covered the costs involved. I trust Rick to do what needs to be done, and not do work that is not necessary. The shuttle drivers work together to accommodate, to minimize your wait time.

Pleasant

Salesman Rodney was very helpful.He knew how everything worked & was able to show my wife & me how to do it.The finance officer we dealt with was very polite & made the process easy.The highlander was spotless & fueled,waiting for us when we got there.I have no trouble recommending Larry Miller Toyota to any body in the market for a Toyota.

Exceptional personalized service every time !

Everytime income for service and the several times I have bought- exceptional service every time. I have never been treated like a number instead of a person and they are always looking out for my best interest when sharing with me what needs to be done with my car. Never had high pressure sales tactics.

Service

Todd is great. Don't know quality of work, as I don't see it. Love my Rag, so hope mechanics are good. The dealership could use better fiance tactics. Some people are smart and hate buying cars that take 4 hours of red tape and pressured extras. Todd needs a raise and financial needs rewards than sales. My sales per was good, no pressure, no attitude that was negative. Lindadunham I would show dealer on line.
