Airbag warrantyy and Oil change.
Our auto was brought in for airbag warranty service and oil change. However Chris noted during the vehicle inspection that our wind shield wipers needed replacement. Pleased that this was identified because our wipers had deteriorated.

Oil change,etc.
Mike Ross always greets me as soon as I drive in to the dealership. He explains exactly what needs to be done to my car and let's me know how long it will take. He explained how the extended warranty works and offered different choices for me. I told him that I had to think about it and he gave me literature to read. Mike is very professional,always has a smile, and makes me feel welcome.

purchased used car
service was fine, sales person attentive. Details leave a bit to be desired. lug nut missing on passenger side front wheel. I believe there is a security cover that goes in the rear storage area, is this an option or is it just misplaced ???

Friendly, helplful assistance in buying a new vehicle
On Sunday, we bought a 2016 RAV-4 at Larry Miller Toyota, (we also bought a 2009 Prius at LMT a few years ago.-2009) Keith Johnson was our outstanding salesperson and did a wonderful job in helping us through the purchasing process and in familiarizing us with the features of our vehicle and answering our questions afterward. Also, in the finance department, Donovan was also outstanding in helping us through all of the documents and services related to the purchase of this new vehicle. I've been bringing my car to Larry Miller for serivce over 10 years and have always had great service. Rick Emerson has been my advisor for many years and is always very personable and very helpful. They give me recommendations on what needs to be done now and thing they expect will need to be done next time. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
