A very positive experience

excellent service and sales staff, especially Tony Deluca and Julio in financing. They were willing to pay for the last 2 months of my lease and give me a low financing rate for five years on my new car.

Fast, efficient.

I just had an oil change done. It was done quickly and the vehicle was returned clean, the tire pressures updated and the windshield washer fluid topped up. Other issues were pointed out to be needed soon or in the future. Really nothing extraordinary but the service consultant was not pushy regarding the future servicing, he was friendly and efficient and the customer waiting area was comfortable.

Problem free service

Excellent service. Upon arrival was greeted promptly and my rep was notified. He processed my car quickly and gave me estimate of time and cost. Upon my return found the car was nearly ready, within time estimate.

Good experience

Everyone was professional and genuinely wanted to earn my business. Donavan in Finance did an exceptional job. Musa was an empathetic salesperson. Very good experience.

outstanding service

The service was real fast ,it took just about 45 minutes to get my 4 months service completed and they also washed my car. Dean Anderson make sure my required maintenance is up to date.

Not your typical car buying experience!

I typically hate the car buying experience, but the staff at Larry Miller Toyota showed me that it doesn't have to be so painful! Exceptional treatment - from the Sales Person to the Finance Manager and others in between, they made our car buying experience as pleasant as possible!

Outstanding Service Department

The service is always quick and the staff is exceptional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I bought my Tacoma here in 2014, the sales staff is also exceptional.

2014 Rav4

My wife and I loved the previous pre- owned SUV, a 2005 Highlander that we purchased a few years ago from this wonderful dealer. We were trying to decide whether to get the vehicle serviced or use that money as a down payment to get a newer used car. My wife wanted to keep the car, while I wanted to explore other options. I wasn't sure our credit was good enough due to an injury at work last year, which led to our credit taking a hit. We needed to make a decision fairly soon, so when I received a courtesy call from Ed Edmunds, I explained my situation. Ed was confident that I would be able to purchase a quality vehicle, and arranged for me to meet with a sales associate named Joseph to explore my options. Joseph was very friendly and knowledgable. He showed me several very nice vehicles. I settled on a pre owned Rav4. Joseph worked hard with his manager to help me navigate through the paperwork. Paul, the friendly finance manager helped me to complete the financial documents, I was very pleased that I was able to drive away with my Rav4 the same day. Finally, I returned to the dealership a few days later to enquire about an issue with my car that my wife had pointed out. There were a couple of chips on the windshield. I hadn't noticed them when I left the lot, since it was dark, and the chips were smalll. My wife, however doesn't miss much. I met with a manager named Troy. This man is a Saint! He listened patiently as my wife and I and I explained our concerns. I asked if it would be possible to get the chips sealed, in order to prevent further cracking. Troy took ownership of the issue, expressing his committment to ensure our complete satisfaction. He arranged for a windshield technician to come to my job to check out the chips. I would have been content with the knowledge that the chips were sealed. To my amazement, Troy directed the technician to replace the windshield! Afterwards, Troy called my home and spoke to my wife to follow up and ensure that the work had been done to our satisfaction. We couldn't be more thrilled with the service, and we love our Rav4. We were treated wonderfully by each and every employee. We will definitely purchace our nmext vehicle from Larry H. Miller Toyota!
