Buying a new car

I bought a new car at LMT through the Costco program. John Karhut was my sales person and he was very patient, friendly and professional. Robert, the Customer Relations rep, and Donovan, the Finance Manager were also very pleasant to work with. I had been to several dealerships and this dealership was the most inviting. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and eager to help. On the flip side I didn't care to HAVE to purchase all the dealer add ons like the Desert Protection Package, the lifetime tint warranty, or be charged the fee that the dealer initially pays to have the windows etched with a serial number in order for the dealer to ward off car thieves from their lot. I would have preferred to have had the option to decline all of the extra warranties instead of being required to purchase them if I wanted the vehicle. In the end I likely got the best deal from LMT and ultimately the customer service was excellent which gives me confidence that they will take care of me should I ever need to use one of those pricey warranties.

Good service

Mike Olden in service have an awesome and professional service .. I've never experience this kind of service since I started buying and driving since the 80's. 3 tumbs up to the service of United Nissan.

Quick and efficient

After narrowing our search for hybrid vehicles to the Toyota Camry and Prius, we came to Larry Miller to test drive the vehicles and the intention was to wait and make a decision since it was so late in the day Cody, our advisor, was incredibly helpful, personable, knowledgeable and efficent. We were able to find what we were looking for quickly and were also able to arrive a price that we were comfortable with. The team worked efficiently, keeping the dealership open long enough for us to complete the paperwork as quickly for the two vehicles, in the time most would have completed only one! We are VERY happy with the vehicles and will enjoy then and the savings from the hybrid system, for years I'm sure!

Great service as always!

My car battery died and I got service right away without scheduling. It took them only 2 hours to replace a battery. I'm very happy with the service. That's why I stayed with Larry Miller Toyota for 7 years.

Love our Prius Persona.

My first Toyota

Before we even got in the door, Dave was there to greet us. His friendliness was non-stop throughout the buying experience. He also called the next day to see if there were any additional questions or concerns. This was my best car buying experience!
