Chris Conger - great service representative

Chris is always an outstanding customer service representative. The rest of the service department also very professional and courteous. I never feel that I am being "gouged" for maintenance services that are not needed.

Maintenance Service

I brought my Prius V in for maintenance service and computer update. Service was great. The Assistant Service Manager explained everything being done to the vehicle and answered all my other questions. I was finished before the expected time frame initially given me.

routine maintenance

had an appointment just for an oil change but when I got there wanted to add another service advisor said no problem. My car was still done in a timely manner

Toyota Service

My service advisor, Dean, did a great job and when I informed him I would be taking my vehicle out of state, he ensured a thorough check was done. Due to this, they found my battery was closing in on failing, because Arizona is very warm, I might not have noticed for a while. However, in the cold area I was heading to, it might not have turned over. I did not have to worry, as he had it immediately replaced (under warranty) and ready to go quickly so I might finish the rest of my checklist for leaving. Thanks Dean!
