Service
I was having a really bad day as my car would not even turn over after coming out of the grocery store, so I had it "jumped" & was able to get home but couldn't turn the car off or I wouldn't be able to get it started again. Called the dealership & spoke to Chris Conger, he told me to just get it to the dealership & they'll take care of it. But of course I can't get there fast enough because all of a sudden everything on the panel went black & the car just stopped dead right in the middle of the freeway, talk about scary!!!! The tow truck came & got it to the dealership, I thought it would be days before they could even look at the car. Chris called the next morning and said they ran all kinds of tests on it, located the problem & I can pick it up anytime. It was so awesome of them to make time for me in their busy schedule, I really appreciate it the service department rocks!!!!

Repair
This is not a ding on Gonzalo, he is great and I would like for him to continue to be my service provider. But the noise from the drivers seat is still there. The mech. Was not able to find any loose bolts. So basically could not find the cause can't fix. For the price I/we pay for Tacoma's we should not be stuck with irritating sounds at every bump and turn.

Overall great dealer

My BLUE-tiful Service
I made an appointment late last week to have our 2002 Camry serviced. Arrived on time and was met right away by Gonzalo, our service agent.The car was done at the time discussed. He explained everything in detail about recommended car care needs. Very satisfied with service. Shuttle service was excellent too and the driver Joe was really nice.
