I come to this dealership because of my service adviser! He always provides professional and courteous service with a smile and takes care of me and my vehicle to the highest standard! Another saisfactory visit
My latest visit for service was timely and completed as expected and ordered. Mike Ross, service advisor, followed up in with good service. It's really a plus to have the advisor take care of payment. I had to wait for the shuttle for only about 10 minutes and the driver, Joe, was very pleasant.

Great car great dealership
Thanx for quick and thorough service. I came in for Toyota Care and was pleased at how thorough the inspection was. Waiting area was great...free popcorn and water.

New Purchase!
Dealing with other dealerships (non-Toyota) I had had a bad taste in my mouth. I had contacted LHM Toyota thru email, and Rob Bradshaw was pleasant through our conversations. He was able to beat some of the local dealerships for my brand new RAV-4. When I arrived at the dealership-John Wayne Karhut was what all salesmen should be like;patient, knowlegeable, and kind. I truly enjoyed meeting him, and he even put up with my Dad! I had a great experience, even though many reviews read negatively about LHM Toyota, from the start to the finish, I had a Truly Expectional experience. Thank you!

Excellent Service at an Excellent Price
LHM has taken the hassle out of servicing my Toyota. I can arrange an appointment on line. When I arrive, Dwayne, my service manager is waiting for me. The work is done quickly and efficiently at a competitive price. Dwayne knows my car and recommends work when due, and is able to piggyback work so that labor costs are saved.

Amanda always is on top of her game - provides excellent svc
I had an exceptional experience. I have been working with Amanda for sometime and she has always taken great care of me. I am a busy professional, hard to get a hold of on occasion, but she is extremely professional and takes wonderful care of me and my vehicle. I will continue to bring business to Larry Miller Peoria because of the outstanding service Amanda has provided.
