Overall great, except for online scheduling
As usual the service tech and our advisor, Chris Conger, were very friendly and efficient. Also as usual, we scheduled our appointment online and received a call later to say the appointment we chose was not available and we had to reschedule for a later time. This happens EVERY time and when we mention it we are told the online system does not work well and that we should call to make appointments. We prefer the ease of the online system but if it is not going to work, why offer it?

Always fine service and questions answered!! Had regular oil change and wanted car windows tinted was able to do the tinting the next day and was in and out within an hour and 1/2.

New 4Runner! Love it!
We had a very good experience from the first contact with Danny Cantillo until we drove the vehicle off the lot. We were impressed with how short a time the entire purchase and financing (with Ben) took. We were in and out the door in two hours. We purchased the vehicle on the weekend the SUV had come onto the lot. The SUV was detailed and ready for us to pick up on Monday. At that point, Danny spent close to an hour and a half going over all the details of the car. He was very courteous and most knowledgeable and had a desire to make it a comfortable and fun experience. Before we left, he let us know we could call him at any time if we had questions once we were home. Danny made our Toyota experience and excellent one and I would recommend Danny Cantillo and Larry Miller Toyota to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle.

Trustworthy...
...is how I would characterize the service department at Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria. I can count on the work being done correctly and in a timely manner. The wait is very reasonable and the waiting area is comfortable and fully furnished with coffee and snacks. I really enjoy that! Special kudos to Joel for his customer service, too!

Always an excellent experience
Larry Miller Toyota does such an excellent job in the service dept, that I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, the staff is always professional and efficient and the overall process is so easy that you don't dread having to have your car serviced.

New Vehicle Experience
I went online to look for a Tacoma and Rob Bradshaw called me AFTER I asked them too. He was GREAT from the very first conversation. He sent me a credit app and gave me all the info I asked for. I even bugged him the next day with ???? He found what I wanted so I went there and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I decided I wanted I different color that they didn't have in stock. They had to get it from another dealer. They said I could go and they would call when they get other vehicle. WHAT DEALER EVER LETS YOU GO. So the whole experience was wonderful and I will tell all my friends and family. Thxs ROB BRADSHAW and all the Larry Miller staff.
