Highlander Service

Took the Highlander in for 15K service. As in previous service visits, they took me right in, and turned the car back in one half hour. I am very impressed with the car, the dealer, and the service!

Waste my time...........

Inconsiderate, the reason ' car salesman' have such a poor reputation. Call it fibbing, lying or smoke and mirrors, it's sad that people put up with this sort of business practice. You would think that Toyota wouldn't allow the bate and switch thing. I love the cars, but the crap you have to go thru to buy one isn't worth it.I had an appointment to see a salesman, drove 100 miles, got there early, to find that the car was sold that morning. It's the 21st century, a call would have made all the difference. The salesman, I came to find out doesn't even work that day..............Then I also found that the price they advertise the vehicle at is also bogus, they have add-ons to pump up the price ,so the advertised price is impossible to get to.

Service visit at Larry Miller Toyota

I took my car in at 7:45am, and was told it would take about 3 hours, so I took the dealers shuttle home. I sat down to have some coffee and read the paper, and by about 10 am Rick, my service advisor called to tell me the car was ready. I called the shuttle to pick me up. The driver was at my house in about 15 min. Rick explained everything to me, as he always does, and I was on my way home. I always call Rick Emerson for my appointments, and he has served me well. Always professional, always friendly, and I trust him to take care of me and not sell me service I do not need.
