1000,000 Mile Service on my 2009 Scion xD
It was very nice to have a good service experience. That is something that is not common these days. The best thing it there was now surprise fees. Additionally there were two recalls taken care of in this service. Richard (Rick) Emerson was very cordial and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for a good job. I feel my car is ready for another 100,000 miles. I have confidence in Toyota engineering and service. Thank you Rick and Larry Miller.

Rick Emerson is our guy. He is very accommodating , tells it like it is, which we feel is the correct way in dealing with the customers. He's a great person to deal with in services, etc.

Outstanding
Rodney and Tony could not have been more helpful or professional. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Even when the vehicle I wanted was no longer available they scoured the lot to find an alternative which turned out to be even better than the original one I had chosen.

Service / Oil Change / 30000 mike checkup
I called Toyota, got an appointment right away, as soon as I pulled into service I was immediately helped. Gonzo was extremely friendly and personable and told me he would give me a call as soon as my vehicle was finished. I was also offered several courtesy drop off/pick up offers while I was having my vehicle dropped off. I was called promptly after my FJ was serviced and I was able to pay and pick up my vehicle quickly. Thanks for the great service!

Service at Larry Miller Toyota on Bell Rd.
We had hoped to go out for breakfast while our RAV 4 was serviced. We waited for 1/2 hour before the driver came. It was too late to go out and our car was ready within the hour. He probably was busy. You usually have at least two drivers. Was there only one? Claire Fowler

Excellent service.
