Good Service

Friendly and efficient service. Rep discussed issues discovered during service clearly and was easy for me to understand. Very personable. Enjoyable experience and took only and hour, well within estimated time given me when I made my appointment.

Easy Day of Buying My Wife's Coralla

This was the easiest day of buying a vehicle I've ever had. All the sales people I dealt with, mainly Omar and and Donald, were knowledgeable and very friendly. I feel I got a good deal.

what a great place and people!

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process took a little longer than I was hoping, just because they were so detailed and wanted to make sure I understood everything and knew what I was getting into. I am so happy with my new vehicle and glad that I went out of my way to go to Larry Miller Toyota!

Recent truck purchase

We worked with Tony DeLuca for our salesman. He is a highly qualified and professional salesman in that he goes out of his way to assist you in whatever way you need when purchasing a vehicle. He listened to us and was down to earth in explaining everything to us. We did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle but rather felt at ease in doing so. He is courteous, polite and passionate in his work and in dealing with people. Bernie and I would recommend him to everyone we come in contact with. As far as the dealership goes, we always receive good service from everyone we run across with there. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. We also worked with John in the service department and Gary Creek in finance. Both were great to work with. We would recommend Larry H Miller dealership to anyone. You have very beautiful buildings and enjoy the amenities.

Scheduled Service Appointment

My periodic inspection and Oil Change was handled by Dean Anderson, and was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The Service Department continues to operate smoothly and with concern for the Customer.

On going Toyota customer

I always get the best of service when I come to the Toyota dealership for service and even buying another Toyota 1/14. Dean is my service person and is always kind, helpful and the best service guy there. Thanks Toyota for the great cars and services.

Service

I drive quite a distance to have my car serviced at this location. All the staff is welcoming and friendly. I am greeted right away when I pull in the service area. The main reason I continue to go out of my way to use this particular location though is the exceptional service I receive from Gonzalo in the Service Dept. He is friendly and gives me honest updates on what is needed on my car. I really appreciate that.

Automotive Make-over!

Our 2006 Toyota Avalon rides and performs like brand-new! We had the Green Service and our 8-year old Toyota underwent a super make-over! Kudos to the Service Department and Gonzalo Madueno!

Green Grandmother for Peace

I had been considering buying a new car with better gas mileage but was convinced I couldn't get the cargo space I needed. My little 2000 Rav 4 had the back loaded with signs. I had been in e-mail communication with John Karhut and made and appointment to see him. I explained my negative reaction to car sales people and what I needed. Wonder of wonders, he listened. He showed me a Prius V which had plenty of cargo space AND an adjustable seat that allowed me to sit comfortably. I ended the day by driving home in my new Prius V. Basically the thing that sets John apart as a sales person,is he listens and responds to what he hears. I have purchased 4 new cars during my life. I have walked out of dealerships when they kept me waiting while they were off doing whatever. When John had to leave me, he always let me know why. This is the most positive car buying experience of my life. :)
