My car buying experience was excellent. Terry my salesman was very hospitable and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!

love my service advisor!

Really think my service advisor is extremely professional, personable, and thorough and I feel I can count on his recommendations and advice...he gets my car to me at the time promised and at the most reasonable cost as well. I think of him as a friend and appreciate his good service.

Excellent Service

Rick Emerson was my service advisor and he provided very professional and friendly service. He answered all my questions and made recommendations that were in my best interest. It was obvious Rick had my satisfaction and expectations in mind as he performed his service advisory services.

Why do I have to pay for water?

Everything was great. Except the 60 cents I had to pay for a bottle of water. Tommy was efficient and courteous and the service was excellent.

Fantastic car buying experience

Alex made my first (new) car shopping and buying experience simple, quick, and easy by taking the usual stress factor out of it. He knows the cars and how to sell them well. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place really is a no hassle, no haggle environment, and you will save some money by asking them to help you with great financing, which they did for me.Everyone was very nice and I have nothing bad to say about my experience. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Out of town/ out of this world...

I saw the car I had been looking for on your website. Called and was transferred to Greg. We set up an appointment for 7 PM the next evening. I drove 2 hours to the dealership, and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee (Terry?) Greg was there and had the car ready to test drive in front of the dealership. At my request he drove me around to look at some other options but I settled on the Avalon I had seen on the website. I appreciated Greg's efforts to get me a good trade-in price. The loan processing was quick and painless. Mr. Nelson is a consummate professional and very considerate. Greg worked hard to get me back on the road to Tucson in my new car. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Respectful, courteous, quick. Thank you.

Truly exceptional, comfortable experience!

We were on our way to another dealership, and decided to stop in and see if there just might be a Toyota vehicle we would be interested in. We have always owned another brand vehicle up until this point. We knew from our research that these vehicles hold value, and historically last a long time. From the minute we walked in, our experience was nothing but pleasurable, and we could tell they really cared about what we wanted, understanding this is a huge investment for a consumer. Our salesperson, Anthony Deluca has a superb knowledge of the brand, has a great personality, and was awesome to work with. Our choice was a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We LOVE it! Signing the paperwork at the end was made less stressful by Jarvis Newman, the finance manager, who explained exactly what we would be signing. We would highly recommend fellow buyers to stop in and see how Larry H. Miller Toyota, Peoria can help you. We made the switch, and are so happy we did!
