Repair of 2003 4Runner

Shifter mechanism broke on my 2003 4Runner (after 168,000 hard miles) while I was traveling out of state. Got it to Larry H. Miller in Peoria, AZ for repair. Duane Thomas made sure they quickly assessed the problem, and let me know that they didn't have the needed parts, but they located the nearest one in Los Angeles. They gave me an accurate estimate of time & cost, got the part shipped overnight, and had it completed on time as promised.

Larry H Miller Peoria

Facility is clean and waiting room exceptionally comfortable, with TVs, coffee, morning rolls, popcorn and vending machines. There are places for laptops to sit and work or surf, tables to eat if you want to bring your lunch, and other more comfortable chairs to watch TV or watch people! The waiting room is an extension of the showroom so I particularly enjoy looking at the new vehicles and dreaming about the day I'll be rich enough to buy one! ;-)

Fantastic and Enjoyable

Excellent Experience; Rigoberto cornejo, our Sales person was enjoyable To work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable; very responsive to our needs. We looked at 20 models and finally decided on the Toyota Tacoma PreRunner.

Vehicle Replacement

Total experience was positive from the time I drove onto the lot. Sales rep Mr. Ahmed was extremely helpful courteous. We were able to complete transaction to my satisfaction quickly. Rodney was most helpful in explaining functions of all systems and in setting up my daughters blue tooth for hand free phone useage.
