Speedy Oil Change

I showed up at the time of my scheduled oil change only to discover that my appointment was at one of the owner's other dealerships. My regular service adviser, Duane, worked my car into the queue (on a busy Saturday) and my car was ready for me before I returned from breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Thank you Duane!

Larry H. Miller = Worry-free.

I love bringing my car to Larry H. Miller Toyota for service. The staff are friendly and truly care about servicing my vehicle. I don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of me when I walk in the door like other locations. While I wait I can sit back, relax and know that my vehicle is being properly serviced. Note that I've only had to take my vehicle in twice since I had it for maintenance (within the last year), so I really trust the service technicians and their abilities to take care of my car. From my initial last minute request for an appointment (via online chat) to the telephonic call to confirm my appointment, and through to the final paperwork before leaving the facility, the staff at Larry H. Miller Toyota treated me better than family. Imagine that. Thank you all for helping me keep my car safe and road ready and for allowing me to go on with a very hectic schedule worry-free.

Overall Service

My stay in Phoenix was unexpected duration and realized the oil change was overdue... Your service department attended to the oil change with no questions asked and customer service was excellent!!!

Only getting better!!!!

I bought a car in 2013, it was a good experience and under the circumstances it was great. (They were under construction, and it was late at night.) This time around I went in and looked at cars with Gary who was great, and he was not able to get me the car I wanted at that time. I was a little bummed out, but still very happy with the car I bought in 2013. The following week I went in to have my car serviced, because I always do my service there. (I live 1hr 30min away) When Joe Cox called me and asked me if I was still interested in the new car and he and Chris (from Financing) worked very hard to get the car in my price range. Needless to say, I drove away in a new 2014 Corolla S. A week later they asked me to come in and sign new papers, because they got my payment even less then originally agreed to. (They did that with the first car I bought as well.) I really appreciate that they went the extra mile both times to get me the best offer and payment possible. Thank you Larry Miller.

Bought Used 07 Toyota Tacoma - Sales Rep was GREAT

Our sales rep, Terry Ransom, was amazing! He really made the entire process a pleasure and was always ready to help us or answer our questions on the phone or in person. He is what made our purchase a reality! Even Jarvis in financing was incredible! He was so knowledeable and patient with us. We learned a lot from him. They were able to help us get the truck my husband always wanted, even though we didn't think it would happen!
