I purchased a 2026 Ford Expedition (King Ranch). The was no pressure from the salesperson (Mark Gottwald). He was friendly compassionate and understanding when it came to the model of vehicle I wanted. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive which allowed me to make my decision on purchasing the vehicle. He assisted with the trade in value of my car. The finance manager (Chris Jansen) methodically went over every detail of the paperwork (maintenance plan, Gap Insurance and title application) to ensure we understood all the information and acknowledged our and Fords responsibilities. Experience for others may not meet their expectations, but for me in my opinion, Overall, my experience was great with the dealership at Capitol City Ford located on East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN. Purchased a 2019 Ford Edge and was told it would be full on fuel and interior cleaned prior to pick up. Upon arriving the vehicle was not filled with fuel, leaving only 6 miles before empty and interior was not detailed as stated. A very disappointment transaction since the vehicle was paid in full before leaving. Obviously the customer didn't come first.

The team was VERY helpful in finding the right Ranger to replace my older one. Harrison spent a long time searching until he got exactly what I wanted. The team was great in all aspects of the process. Harrison also took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain all the technological details and set up FordPass for me. Recently bought a used 2023 F150. Staff was friendly and professional. Only two things not completely satisfied with was one, only got one key fob. With prices of trucks figured the second one should be thrown in. Was told for 200 the have a guy that comes on Tuesdays to make them. Second, without second fob or owners manual I don’t have the code for keypad. Again, for another fee I could bring it in to find it. Besides those two things , overall good experience.
