Pearson Ford

Brandon Crull was a great help with our car hunting. He didn't really try to sell us as much as he patiently listened to us and promptly found us a car we felt fit us perfectly. Kyle McDonough was also very helpful. Like Brandon he didn't push us but explained all options for us in a very understandable manner. When we drove our new vehicle home, we felt quite happy with our experience. We have been back with new questions since then and are never treated as a nuisance. Thanks guys.

I found a used F150 online at Pearson Ford and it looked like what I wanted in a truck. I went to the lot to look at it and Reggie met me there, did a test drive and answered some questions about it. Then he introduced me to Don Thompson, manager. Don and Reggie quickly came back with price for me to consider and we discussed options for me ending my BMW lease. I left the dealer and we communicated via text and email to land on the deal and timing that worked for me. I went in a few days later and was in and out with the business guy and drove away within an hour with the new car. Don even had his body shop guy take a look at my BMW which had a small scratch on it, which helped me when I turned it in at end of lease! He also gave me a deal on new tires when I need them. Much appreciated. Reggie was very friendly and thorough at following up on my questions. Great guy and I enjoyed working with him.

I like Ford Thunderbirds. When a red 1996 popped up online, I started talking to Dan Patterson at Pearson Automotive. Dan was honest, sent pictures and videos of the car. We struck a deal over the phone, and off we went on our road trip to Indy. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greated by wonderful people. We found Dan right away, and went through about the easiest sales processes ever. I highly recommend Dan and his team to anyone interested in buying a vehicle from them.

This was by far the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. Dan, Don and Michael were all knowledgeable, answered all my questions and I believe I drove away with a great deal on a great vehicle. I have spoken to several dealerships in the past 3 weeks and visited each of them. I test drove their choices of vehicles that they felt were for me. Dan Patterson responded to my inquiry promptly and we built a very good rapport on the initial contact. Because of a busy schedule I needed him to be patient for a day or two before I could get in. Upon arriving late in the afternoon, Dan stepped up to the plate and hit a home run on my behalf. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, in a record closing, and Dan stayed very late along with Michael, after the dealership had closed for business. I went to buy a fusion sport and Pearson Ford had the best price. Amanda was very helpful and got walked me through the process quickly as I needed to get home. Overall a great experience.
