Wonderful Experience
I had been researching vehicles for several months when I discovered the vehicle I purchased online. I contacted the dealership via the Internet and heard from them promptly. The consultant, Dan Patterson, was extremely helpful, accommodating my schedule for the visit. The vehicle was indoors for my initial visit, which was very appreciated because it was raining. The vehicle was very well represented by the pictures on the website. It was clean and in excellent shape. Dan accommodating to our lunch schedule, allowing us to take extended time to acclimate to the vehicle. He was extremely helpful with the purchase, guiding us through the process without ever being pushy. In fact, his upfront honesty was greatly appreciated. Even with the wait for a busy Saturday, he was attentive to our needs and made the process as painless as possible. My only negative experience was during the final paperwork with the sales manager, who was, while trying to be helpful, was somewhat condescending towards my disinterest in the extended warranty. Despite this, which does not in any way reflect upon my experience with Dan, would not keep me from doing business with either Pearson Ford or Dan. Excellent work. Keep up your diligence and hard work. It is greatly appreciated.

Buying Experience
Worked with Amanda and she was a delight to work with throughout the whole process. Needed to wait a couple of extra days to pick up the Escape but Amanda kept me informed as to why the delay. She had Escape detailed and found that the window tinting was faulty so had it fixed prior to delivery. Recommend Amanda at Pearson to go to bat for you!

True example of what Customer Service is, not just a number
Let me first start off with I used to work in sales, at a motorcycle dealer, I have a background of being in customer service for over 19 years. My experience was flawless, from the moment I had an inquiry to the dealer about interest in a used and new car. I received a call, I set up a time that worked around there schedule and mine, lets face it win win situation is what its all about. Craig B. was my go to salesman, he explained that he had some things going on and asked what my schedule was like to ensure we both would be happy setting up a time to meet in person. We test drove some cars, and decided on a new Hybrid Fusion, the system from ford was down and unfortunately I had to go home without our deal being finished, but the dealership and Craig went above and beyond to make me feel like I was very important to them, and the next day we were able to finish the deal. I came in after work and the car and paperwork was already, Kyle in finance was a pleasure to work with, and even the gentleman who showed me around the tech side of the car was a breeze to work with and was very knowledgable. If you want to feel like a person who is cared about, you need to give Pearson Ford a chance. Go see Craig B. and tell him Bill A. sent you. you won't be just another number or sale.

AMAZING Customer Service
I got thrown into looking for a car when I totaled mine about a month ago. I had been to several dealerships, spent countless hours on the internet, and quite frankly was getting tired of the search. My family and I had driven about two hours to Pearson to look at a specific car. Amanda took extra time with me, was patient, listened to my needs, and helped my find the perfect vehicle. Unlike other dealerships, Amanda went at my pace and was not pushy or overbearing. She was transparent and explained all costs up front in black and white. We were unable to commit to a vehicle the first evening and came back the next day where she willingly stayed late on a Friday evening to help me complete the paperwork and take my car home that night. I was so impressed with her customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism and HIGHLY recommend talking with her before you purchase your next vehicle.

Unexpected satifaction
My wife thought she might be interested in a Toyota Rav4. She wanted to get an SUV after driving a Camry over the last several years. We have been Toyota fans for some time now due to their reliability. before heading over to the Toyota Dealership we decided to just stop in to see the comparative Ford Escape, My wife liked the escape but quickly realized that the escape, or the Rav4 for that matter, was much smaller than she anticipated. She saw a Ford Edge and fell in love. I however did not fall in love with the sticker price. Then Mike stepped in listened to both our concerns and hours later we were purchasing a fully loaded 2015 Ford Edge that my wife absolutely loves and that my wallet is equally excited. I would recommend you give Mike a chance. He is on the customers side and understands each person's individual needs. Never ever got a hint that it was about commission. He is good at what he does.

Amanda was quick to respond to our email inquiry. When we arrived at the dealership from 1 1/2 hours away she had everything ready to show us the car. The entire transaction was handled very well. The windshield had a crack from the lot and an appointment was set up to replace it with no problems. Would definitely recommend Amanda..
