It was fast and punctual.

Fast and Easy experience.

We knew what we wanted and Amanda was quick to show us the vehicle we wanted and start the process. She was awesome to talk with while waiting. Very pleased.

new car purchase from Pearson Ford

We recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Pearson Ford in Zionsville, IN. We worked with an absolutely wonderful sales “consultant” by the name of Amanda Gregor. Amanda was very professional throughout the entire sales process, while at the same time her lively personality actually made the process a fun experience. We’ve got an older (2003) Escape that I had in for service recently, and my wife and I stopped in to talk to Amanda again, just because she is the type of person you want to be around. We would recommend Pearson Ford and Amanda Gregor to anyone who’s in the market to buy a new car.

Easy and pleasant to work with. No pressure to buy.

Both Amanda and Malcolm made me feel that they really were interested in me and that I understood everything and was satisfied. Nice followup afterwards with each of them.

Amanda is a fabulous sale person

We absolutely loved working with Amanda at Pearson Ford in Findiing a used Escape for our daughter. We had a specific budget for the purchase and she honored it. She worked hard to get us a good deal and was fun and respectful. She was not pushy but approached the process with the end deal in mind for both of us and we walked away w the car we wanted in an efficient time frame and most of all we all were happy with the experience. We had been all over town looking at cars and were growing weary of the dealership experience. Amanda was much better than the other sales reps we met at other dealerships. And, we were already familiar with the good service department at Pearson. It’s a win win for us.

Purchased a new vehicle

Michael was great to work with when selecting our new vehicle! Knowledgeable, respectful and funny...and got the deal done to my complete satisfaction. I drove my new Escape off the lot within a few hours after arrival and am very pleased with how it all turned out. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. This was our first vehicle we didn’t need ASAP; we wanted it so were shopping around on-line. We decided to go to Pearson first for a test drive and didn’t have to go anywhere else. Terrific deal with no hard sell. Thank you Michael and the staff at Pearson Ford!

Great experience

Went in to look at two cars that we found on the internet. At no time did Mike Daniels try to up sale me another model. He was truly there for the customer, by only showing my wife and I the up most respect. For this I will be a return customer in the future.

I live over 2 hours from Pearson Ford but I got a flat tire right in front of the dealership. The service department was closed so I went into the new showroom. A sales manger helped me get my spare tire unlocked and put on my car. He didn't have to do that. Incredible gesture. I will drive the 2 hours to buy my next truck.
