I appreciate that Subaru diagnoses my car every time I have service so that I know what is needed and can plan my repairs more easily. Logan was especially helpful guiding me through the process and explaining the upkeep I need on my Subaru.

Made an offer on a vehicle that was $2k under the
Made an offer on a vehicle that was $2k under the advertised price of a vehicle that has been in inventory for 6 months. Mike Danielson was short and borderline rude with his snarky and sarcastic comments. He definitely lacks customer service skills and finesse. At no point did he attempt to calmly or politely decline or counter. He did not offer any selling points of the value of purchasing from Tom Wood. Over the past summer I purchased a Forester from Ziegler which is a bit out of the way and the experience had hiccups but their service and courtesy is above and beyond. I will go out of my way to spend money with Ziegler over Tom Wood due to Mike Danielson.
