My wife and I walked into Tom Wood Subaru without an appointment. Mike Eichner met us at the door and asked how he could help. I told him what I didn't like about my current car. He asked if I was looking to replace it with new or used. I went with used. He knew his inventory, he walked us to the back lot and said, I think this is what you're looking for. He was right. I loved the SUV. We left the dealership with a good understanding of how the transaction would work. I gave him $500 to hold the car. Everything else we did electronically. Emails and texts. A few days later I drove my new ride home. Helpful people an easy going attitude. Not once did I feel pressure nor felt like I was being "sold". He provided good information and worked with me on my trade in and I was happy with their offer. Would I do it again? Absolutely.

We had the best experience at Tom Wood Subaru on Friday. Service was excellent and Wilfred Chen was so helpful. We were having our car serviced and rear brake pads on our Subaru Forester. During the service several other things needed to be fixed. Wilfred then offered us a courtesy car so we didn’t have to wait for the repairs to be completed. Wilfred kept us informed and was so courteous. Looking forward to our next service interval.
