SINCE THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HE MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE PROCEDURES AND THE WAIT TIME WAS MINIMAL AND WITHIN THE ESTIMATED SERVICE TIME. ALL IN ALL EVERYONE THAT GREETED ME GAVE ME THE RESPECT OF A ROLLS ROYCE CUSTOMER. A PLUS!!!

Giovanna is an excellent customer service representative. Always very attentive and responsive to detail and issues/concerns. She works very hard to ensure that she checks for all and any issues during the yearly service/maintenance appointment (i.e. tires, washer fluid, other checklist items, issues, etc.).

Juana and Ignacio (sales person and finance manager) were amazing. Excellent customer service, I was limited in my time to be able to make it into the dealership however they worked with me and were very attentive the entire time, and land additionally, Ignacio got me a better rate for the financing than initially quoted.
