Based on the negative reviews I read before my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at the overall service. The after service car wash was below average. There was still a big banyan tree berry glob on the hood that remained after the wash. It seemed to show little attention to detail to the final product.

Salesman Fernando Garcia was very helpful getting me through the process took me on a test drive and I received an orientation about the car (I have owned a few BMW vehicles but this car had new features

Until I was assigned to Jomar as my service advisor my experience with Braman was extremely sketchy and not great. Jomar has gone above and beyond and I can't thank him enough. The only reason why I am considering leasing my 5th BMW with Braman is because of him. otherwise I was prepared to leave when this lease was up next August.

The sales Manager, Sam Borges, went above and beyond to accommodate my purchasing requirements. The sales staff, Juana Cruz and Nicolas, where professional and very pleasant to deal with. They made the buying experience much more pleasant.
