Professional & convenient

Braman is my favorite auto dealer. The staff is knowledgable & kind. I appreciate how Simon Russell followed through to exceed my expectations. Monica in finance was great too.

Braman BMW

My car's under warranty, but it's racked up about $18-20k in work in the 3.5 yrs I've owned it. (Just 26k miles.) 335i convertible, 2013. I just had the cylinder head replaced. 15 days in the shop. It's not the first time they've had it over a week. In no way do I blame the dealer but it certainly casts German engineering in a bad light. Braman is thorough but at this point I'm exhausted. I'd have thought that BMW USA would've stepped in at this point. Customer service is fine, with two exceptions. 1. The service waiting area is sub-par. Most upscale dealerships I've seen have far nicer ones. 2. The switchboard is understaffed. Usual waiting time is 30 secs. to 2 and a half minutes. I've once been on hold over 4 minutes. Perhaps one in ten times does an operator pick up. That wears me out. Personnel are helpful and courteous.

Great experience

Extremely Satisfied Customer

I went online looking for BMW X5's in Florida. I came upon a few that appealed to me aesthetically. I entered my info very late at night. To my surprise Paulo Santos at the dealership contacted me promptly the very next morning while packing to head down south to Miami for the weekend. Before arriving, he had sent me pics on those that fit my criteria for purchase. We were greeted by Paulo as we arrived and he took us on a test drive of the one we were interested in. We went through negotiating and he and Manuel Torres made the paperwork and numbers work to my satisfaction. I will definitely be back for our family's next purchase(s). They, Paulo and Manuel, are definitely an asset to Braman BMW.

Braman BMW gets 2 thumbs up!

I leased my car from this dealer and always bring it service here even though it's. It the closest dealership to my house because of the excellent service I always get. My service advisor always goes out of his way to help and make the process as hassle free as possible. Would recommend it without any hesitation.
