We were attracted to Braman Motors because of their vast inventory of preowned vehicles. Our visit to this beautiful facility did not disappoint. Our sales rep, Chris Pescatone, did an excellent job of guiding us through the options that were available, and we quickly found a like-new BMW that met my wife's discriminating taste. Chris and the rest of the team made the purchase process a relatively easy one, with a fair trade-in on our existing vehicle and clear explanations of the warranty, financing, and maintenance options that were available. We are thoroughly enjoying our "new" car.

Outstanding service from Service Advisor Elmer Orellana, very professional, courteous and detailed oriented. Showed up Sunday with no appointment for oil change, was in and out in less than an hour. Vehicle washed and vacuumed. 5 Star Service provided.

If buying process refers to buying a vehicle then the answer is the appropriate. I did not buy a vehicle. I took my car in for repairs and maintenance and everything was done satisfactorily. The Service Advisor, Donnie Rizzo is a knowledgeable and qualified individual. I am completely satisfied with the way he resolved all my issues.
