X5 2015 Purchase

The best experience ever since I started business Mouth Braman BMW. The sales person was very Professional , Clear and helpful. The financing Advisor is An amazing AND Professional person.

Great service

I took my mini in for service for the first time. They checked, and said it only needed an oil change. No one tried to sell me on unnecessary services and my car was washed and ready in less than an hour, as promised. Easiest transaction I can imagine. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

Excellent, friendly service

The service was fast, friendly and smart. Alan informed me exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. Everything occurred as he had informed me and there were no surprises. Braman did NOT waste my time and I got the impression that service is very important to them and that they really do care for their clients. Thanks!

Incredible Service Department

I have only been a customer of Braman for just over two years now, but I can say with confidence that they are one of the best, if not the best, service department in South Florida. As a "car guy" with years of experience in racing and having run a business of high end automotive detailing, I can assure you that they do things right. My service adviser, Kris B., is absolutely a one of a kind SA who has always gone above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I will simply never take any of my vehicles anywhere else so long as I have a choice in the matter.

Amazing service!

My service experience is always amazing at Braman. I life closer to south BMW but they are horrible with repairs and is always looking to make money. I trust my Braman people. They make me feel like family member. Jessica is the best advisor. I grateful that works at Braman.

Excellent Service.....

This service is great!!!!, affordable for busy people because we don't have to interrupt our routine waiting for the service, while waiting for the service to be done, we can drive a similar car for no cost, what is amazing.

Servicing my MINI

This is my 4th MINI and at this point I have had the great fortune of having developed relationships with Braman. From Sales to the Service, I value the people who have consistently worked with me and taken care of my MINI's needs. I just got the 2015 Hardtop MINI S and through this process realized that I have a MINI family, and that is awesome!

Very pleased with service.

Once again I was very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Alan Massey, a true expert when it comes to Mini Coopers. Always very informative and on spot advises.
