I purchased a car from South Motors BMW and man did I make a mistake! No less than a month later did my battery on the car die.. Needless to say, when I took it back they were making me pay for it. I know this is not their fault, but the way that they handled the situation was very unprofessional. I will never take my car here again nor buy a car from here after going to Brahman. Although it us a much further drive, it is worth it. If you are looking to service your Mini-Cooper, talk to Allen. He is great!

I drove up to the service department with many issues concerning my MINI Cooper S HT. It had all sorts of noises and rattles coming from the suspension system. Mr Alan Massey (Service Advisor) and Shop Foreman took care of me right away, listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a timely manner. A very nice loaner vehicle was provided. Mr. Massey followed up to keep me informed during the service process. I have to acknowledge the quality of character and determination these individuals have in the Braman MINI Service Department. They are the true definition and example of that so called "customer service" phrase. Thank you!
