Last week, I purchased a Chevy Silverado from the Metro Ford Dealership. As I am out of state, the purchase required that I conduct the entire transaction virtually. I worked with both Joel and Itzel. They were both extremely helpful, confident, and responsive. The finance manager Abdel was also extremely helpful and efficient. I was able to complete purchase with less effort than purchases where I have been in-store. I am a car enthusiast and have purchased numerous vehicles. This customer service and experience was superior. My sincere thanks to Joel, Itzel, Abdel and the entire Metro Ford Team.
