My appointment was at 9:15. I was there five minutes early. The car never left the garage where I parked it until 9:40. The service was not completed until 11:15.

I had my 2026 Equinox serviced. The employees were all nice the waiting area was comfortable and thank God because it took almost 2 full hours for just an oil change WITH an appointment.
