Scheduled an appointment to have oil change and conv top repaired. Agreed to the day with the dealership. Dropped off car night before. Had to call dealer at end of scheduled appointment day to see if car was done. NO WORK DONE first day without car. Next day had to call AGAIN, still no work done however, after I talked with dealership they did get the oil changed so I picked up the car. They told me the conv top tech was not available that week, so I had to reschedule for next Tuesday. They then told me that I had to leave the car (my wife has to follow me to the dealership and bring me home) and leave the car because they can't guarantee if the car will be looked at or not that day. Understand why the 1 rating ?

The service advisor, Chuck, was very polite and helpful. He arranged for a shuttle for my husband and me. The shuttle driver was most helpful getting me into the shuttle as I use a walker. I would recommend Nucar for service needs anytime.

Easy no pressure communication. Several called from sales, sales manger and where pleasure to deal with. Every question I had was answered. This entire process was the quickest I have experienced buying a vehicle. Thank you all.
