My experience with the dealership was excellent. Joshua was very easy to work with. He kept me informed about what needed to be done. When I picked up my car, I couldn't adjust my seat. Josh and (I believe) his manager didn't stop working with it until they found out what the problem was. It was my fault. Somehow,over time, a pen and a penny got stuck in the track. I was happy it wasn't a more serious problem. Josh and I had a good laugh over this. He does an excellent job representing the dealership.

Service received was explained however it still didn't make since. Tech seemed to be annoyed that after explaining, it still wasn't clear. With recently replacing sensor that I thought I'd already replaced, it was upsetting that I thought I'd had to pay again for replacement. I received discount on service and for future service. I was grateful for the offer. I will come back for future services.
