Vehicle had 60k service done. When whet to pickup vehicle, drove off lot and vehicle started violently shaking. Found a vacuum hose not connected after fuel system cleaning was accomplished. Do not understand how a vehicle is not great driven after maintenance accomplished. Very disappointed.

Advisor worked with me on my issue and had to return for a second visit. Took me back to the mechanic and finally pinpointed the issue to the relearning of the steering wheel sensor. Car now handles properly. Thanks guys!!

The dealership was clean and the staff were nice. My SUV was worked on and the part was replaced properly. This was a recall for the drivers side air bag.
