Nucar is my favorite place, when I need a car. The employees are very friendly and helpful. My previous salesman retired. I called him to recommend a new salesman. He put me in touch with Randy McLeod. I called Randy and said I need the Lake shore blue Chevy Equinox. A few days later, Randy showed me the car, completed the paperwork and explained all the new features. It was a great pleasure working with Randy. Everyone has taken great care of me for many years.

I had an appointment. After waiting for over an hour, I was told that the service was not started. It would be at least 2.5-3 hours more. Wasted my time!

It was clean and inviting. Joshua could have greeted me a little better. But, I get that not everyone is a morning person. Also, your video for the service performance is poor. You guys need to update it if you haven't already.
