I scheduled a tire rotation for my vehicle at Nucar. However, I was annoyed when I found out that my vehicle was due for a field campaign to check for body seam defects which could lead to water intrusion and another field campaign to reprogram the brake controller. I was not told about these two additional service items when I scheduled the tire rotation. I planned to wait for my vehicle when I thought I only had a tire rotation. I also had another appointment in 3 hrs. for which I needed my vehicle, but the service department could not tell my how long the three service items would take. I did not know if I would make my other appointment. I did make my other appointment, but the service department did I poor job in not communicating all the service that my vehicle needed when I scheduled the service appointment.
