Took Chevy Trax in for 27 point inspection. Car passed. Tech did not screw pan tray correctly. Oil all over driveway. Took back to dealership and understaffed, got car back after 6 days.

It was a much smoother transaction and better deal than I could have imagined. Tom was very transparent when it came to pricing and my options. He also got us in and out rather quickly the day of the purchase.

My experience was wonderful. This is the only place I take my car. I have been coming here for at least three years maybe more and I've had nothing but wonderful experience. Everyone is pleasant. Everyone is very informative. Just can't always guarantee that your car is done when it says it's gonna be done but xxxx that's anywhere. Other than that, I love it there.
