My car was dropped off on Tuesday at 9am, and not ready for pick up until Wednesday at 5pm. The issue was NOT fixed. I came back 10 min later and was met with a very condescending response. This is a brand new car, yet the issues are still happening and Nucar has no idea how to fix them.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my recent service visit. When I arrived, I stood at the service desk for approximately 15 minutes. There were no customers ahead of me, yet no one acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. One gentleman, who had been helping a customer in an office to the right, came out and asked the two service advisors at the desk if either of them could assist me. One advisor responded that he was going to lunch, while the other didn’t even look up from his desk and simply said he was busy. The gentleman then came over to me, apologized, and said someone would be with me shortly. After waiting another five minutes, one of the advisors finally asked, “Is that your 2500?” When I replied yes, he walked me to the waiting area and said, “You can wait here. I’m going to lunch.” At no point did anyone ask for my name, confirm my contact information, or review the service that was being performed on my vehicle. Approximately three hours later, a young woman came to the waiting area and informed me that my truck was finished. She apologized for the wait, and I explained to her how disappointed I was with the lack of professionalism and customer service I experienced from the moment I arrived. Being ignored, dismissed, and treated as though my time and business were unimportant is unacceptable. I expect a much higher level of customer service, especially from a dealership that represents your brand.
