Bianca was amazing from start to finish. Highly suggest working with her . I was an out of state customer ( 5 hours away) she made every step a breeze , great communication and knowledge. By far the best car sales rep I’ve ever dealt with!!!

My first interaction with him was very pleasant. He walked me through everything walked me inside because this was my first time getting my car serviced. He showed me where I can sit and wait if I needed anything to drink and just kept me updated on everything.

From the sales person, Nate Guzman to the finance person, Lawrence and the sales manager, everything was exceptional. Very efficient process through reviewing options for the vehicle pricing for the vehicle and financing for vehicle. Very comfortable friendly environment. All personnel were very courteous not just the staff that worked with me processing the sale of the vehicle that I purchased very gratified to have dealed with the agency had not purchased a car from them in the past, but if I do so in the future or have any friends or relatives I’ll mention how qualified the folks at new Car really are.
