I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and tire
I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That's unacceptable! Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to abide by it? Very poor service department and dishonest! When I asked the service advisor how much longer I had to wait, he seemed offended.
