We bought a 2018 Honda Civic SI from this dealership.
We bought a 2018 Honda Civic SI from this dealership. We had already had an offer with a credit union for a loan to finance the car at an admittedly high APR. Sarun Pho (other than being super friendly and professional) told us that they could find us a way to finance the vehicle with a lower APR, so she left us with Misael IƱiguez who managed to find a much lower APR. So far, we left pretty happy with our purchase and their honesty. The car itself has not given us any problems so far and we drove to Sacramento not too far ago.

Both Sarun Pho (saleslady that sold me the car) and
Both Sarun Pho (saleslady that sold me the car) and Misael Iniguez (man that handled signing of documents) were both professional and helpful throughout the process, including my many questions. Sarun and the dealership have followed-up on the sale and have readily answered additional questions, meaning they didn't disappear after the sale was done. The only thing that doesn't sit well about the sale is the 'mandatory' alarm system and paint/interior protection plans. Apart from seeming a surprise cost for something I did not want, I ultimately cannot fault them as I did agree to the final numbers which seemed a fair price for the car. However, I would have been perfectly satisfied if those items could have been eliminated from the car and price. Overall, a rather pleasant experience. Thank you DCH, Sarun and Misael.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this dealership
We had a very unpleasant experience at this dealership today trying to purchase a used 2019 BMW M550i. Salesman Miguel told us there are no mark ups disguised under security device and paint protection but when we checked their final numbers it was off by nearly $1,000 because they were hiding it in sales tax and DMV fees. At this point salesman Miguel disappeared and sales Manager Ronnie Bostek appeared admitting their deception. This is very dishonest, criminal and bad business practice, we walked out, they lost a sale and we will never do business with a horrible car dealership such as DCH Tustin Acura. Had they said upfront about the mark ups we might have bought the car but with such deception they lost a sale and this bad experience will be reported to DMV and Department of Consumer Affairs. This is a prime example of why people hate car dealers, shame on DCH Tustin Acura.

We leased an RDX.
We leased an RDX. They lied about car features, they lied about the lease conditions. Acura, as a corporation, denied any responsibility and would not help us resolve the problems.

Unprofessional service.
Unprofessional service. We were driving the couple cars and choose the car we need. After the negotiation, the sales representative verbally was agreed to make a deal (confirmed with manager) and we started the process. They got all our financial information. Suddenly the manager came and started explaining that the price was mistaken and... we need to pay at least 3000$ more. It was a conniving tactic to make a pressure on customers. Unprofessional!! Misleading. Be aware !!!
