Don't trust Tyler Wood sales manager

Great selection of cars, with overall professional staff, except one person: Tyler Wood. He is a dishonest sales manager that you need to watch for. He lied and used lame tactics to mislead me. Don't let him ruin your experience and purchase. Double check everything he says and ask for proof. And be ready, because if you catch him lying he will deny and blame it on you.

I want to love this place.

I want to love this place. Purchasing the car was easy, make appointment for service was easy. The service department is very nice. So what is the problem. They sold me a defective car and have lied about it to avoid American Honda from making it right. Some background ... Purchased the car new (integra,) very early adopter. Heard some very unusual noises in the car. Took it to service multiple times, Service was able to replicate the noise and did a lot to try to fix it, the noise was still there(documented by this dealership and others). The answer, it is a manufacturing defect so we can't fix it. OK so what do I do, well you can contact American Honda. Fantastic, called AH, according to them it is normal of this defect because according to the notes "the other cars do this as well". # 1 BS they do not as I was in multiple loaners during this time and I have never heard wind turbulence from the windshield due to faulty manufacturing in any of those, or any other car for that matter, and # 2, so what if it happens in other cars, its not right and should be fixed. I was advised to go to Arbitration (BS BY THE WAY), and of course AH is making me seem like I am I the wrong, even though multiple dealerships have documented the issue. My next step is social media, NHTSB, and ultimately I will likely have to retain council to get this handled. I have their response for the arbitrator and have already spoken to council and they agree this is BS. The turbulence is very distracting and is a safety issue but it seems they don't care. And of course the service department doesn't want to help me because it would mean they are assuming fault. Good job guys.... way to look out for the consumer.

Purchased my used vehicle from DCH Tustin Acura almost 2 months ago. Abdul Omar was my sales consultant, and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing from him. The dealership has really gone out of their way to be sure the vehicle was in perfect condition when I left the dealership, and has coordinated with me with any question I have had since. I can highly recommend them based on my experience.

I highly recommend the DCH Tustin Acura service dept to work on my MDX. I highly rate Kyle Herron, my service advisor. He is professional and know his product well. The excellent quality of the technician's work shows very well. I am very please with this company. I feel I got my value for the money I paid for repairs. I made an appointment for a routine oil change, while making the appointment I verified that I would be able to use a coupon I received from Cerritos Acura. The agent helping me reassured me that DCH Tustin will gladly price match. Being assured I set my appointment. I went to get my car serviced at the appointed time but when I was speaking with the service agent and showed him the coupon, he refused to accept it. During this very busy time of the year, it was extremely frustrating when I arranged my day for this appointment. I realize that DCH Tustin Acura will not stand by their word and can't be trusted. I am very disappointed. The service agent helping me did not even introduce himself but he was the one with a pony tail on Saturday, 12/18/21 @ 2:00. I called their manager, Sarah and asked for a call back and they told me I most likely would not receive a call back until Monday. Let's see if she follows through.

I bought the extended warranty & then canceled it (it was offered through credit union for a better price the lady at the car dealership was very mad(they get commission off it it) about 2 months later I’m still Waiting for the cancellation to go through she won’t answer my texts & won’t give me any info concerning the cancellation even my credit union is saying it’s odd that I haven’t heard anything back,but at least I have proof that I sent her the paperwork.

Recently purchased a Mazda Protégé from DCH Tustin. I was greeted immediately and helped through each step of the process. each person I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was in excellent condition for being used and on the older side. They even gave us seat covers. Excellent service in all areas of my experience!
