Class act and excellent service!

Been bring my mdx here for over a year now and Cristian A. has always provided the best service possible. Accurate diagnosis and timely turnaround. Ask for him next time you need your acura serviced.

Quality and professional service!

I have owned Acura MDX’s for the last 17 years. I have received exceptional service from George at DCH Tustin. When it came time to purchase a new SUV one of my very serious considerations was the service department. George has always been upfront and honest and most importantly, I can trust him. Kyle is the man!

Kyle is the number one customer service representative in the Western World - not to mention sales. Because of Kyle and his consistent service provided to us, our simple oil change cost over $42,000.00. I wound up buying a virtually new 2018 RLX during my oil change on an older RL. Kyle and his colleagues were a significant part of the decision making process. This is our fourth Acura purchased at DCH and the excellent customer service is a monumental factor. Deceptive Sales Practices

Traded in our lease and leased a new car. After all was said and done with negotiating the new lease with our lease trade-in, we were given their best price and ended up accepting the offer. Now getting collection notices from Acura Finance on the old leased vehicle we traded in. Neither Richard Moyer or Mike Ngo who we negotiated the deal with have returned the numerous messages I have left for them regarding this. They have not only been deceptive but are now avoiding resolving this altogether. Shameful practices.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Ngo

Mike is excellent. To me, many in auto sales simply do not listen. Mike did in fact listen and delivered an excellent deal to not only win my business, but convert a loyal customer of another Acura dealership to DCH. Cheers to Mike. Do yourself a favor and reach out to him for your next Acura.

Amazing service and knowlege based.

Paul Mendoza

Just a word about one of your service consultant, Paul Mendoza. I was amazed with his helpfulness. He not only dealt with my service issues, walked me to find Enterprise Rental, but coordinated with my insurance inspector including verification with DCH Temecula for the original work and payment details. He made sure that my invoice was sent to my insurance agent and then called me. Very, very nice if I may say so.

Easy In and Out

George was by far the best service person that I've ever worked with. He is full of energy and without even asking he offered a service loaner so I didn't need to wait. He kept me informed about my vehicle's service status via text the entire day.

Professionalism

My service adviser, Cristian, is so customer service and detail oriented! My visits become as pleasant as possible with his attitude. Every business needs folks like him in their workforce. I might add, the dealership is immaculate and staff does excellent work. I'm completely satisfied.

40k service plus new tires
