DCH Tustin Acura

Although Cerritos Acura is much closer to my home, I had a bad experience their and decided to try Tustin Acura. Now bare in mind Tustin is at least five times as far from home but is well worth the drive because of the excellent customer service provided by service advisor Richard Neilson. I can always count on Mr. Neilson to keep me up to date on scheduled maintenance and monitor any issues when something is discovered but not necessarily needs to be replaced at time of visit. I also like that he will provide any discounts if applicable and have a loaner vehicle available if needed. He is the reason why I have been returning here since 2013!

George Rodriguez, my service consultant, was courteous, efficient, and very helpful in making the service visit seamless. Service was completed ahead of time and car delivered with complimentary car wash.
