Very pleasant experience from scheduling service to picking up. I think the gentleman who help me out was named Jordan. He provided great customer service and called me to explain everything that was discovered with my vehicle. They provided a loaner car which was a 2020 version of my Evoque, and when I needed to keep it a couple extra days because of my schedule, they were very accommodating.
