I can’t say enough good things about my Last service experience. Sean was incredible. We basically brought him a mess and he turned it into gold.

The service took much longer than expected, my car was approximately in the shop for a month. The service contact did provide updates periodically and when asked. The remainder of the bill that was not covered under warranty was picked up as a courtesy for having my car in the shop for so long. Additionally, the service contact gave me a courtesy detail. Service really tried to make up for having my car for so long and that was appreciated.
