Very professional, courteous and helpful from the first contact. Never felt pressured or rushed. The vehicle guidelines I initially gave were always at the heart of the conversation. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership had a smile and a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend!

These guys are always responsive. I don’t feel like they are “upcharging” me. Base costs are high and they recognize that and try to help.

Everyone I worked with was very accommodating. Most of the work was completed on-line thereby limiting the time I needed to spend in the dealership.

When you own a vehicle unlike leasing a vehicle you dread going to the Dealership. But, in this case, at Land Rover Wilmington, Jordan and his Service Team from picking up the car, working on it, and dropping it off, I can't say enough about them. Jordan goes out of his way to explain and detail everything and even checks if there is still a Warranty on your car which saved me a lot of money!!! Chris was outstanding to get the vehicle I wanted as soon as possible during the covid-19 pandemic. I was unable to leave the state and my car was delivered right to my door!
