My daughter made her first car purchase and it took a bit to get her financed because she didn't have alot of credit history., but it was worth the wait. Our salesman Ray was up front and easy to work with and Dylan was jumping through hoops to make the deal. I highly recommend checking th out.

I recently visited Bob Allen Ford and was nearly sold on a truck that appeared to be in fantastic condition at first glance. The exterior and interior were spotless, and everything seemed in order. However, I decided to take an extra precaution and got a 3rd party pre-purchase inspection—and I’m so glad I did. The mechanic uncovered significant rust and mud caked on the entire underbelly of the truck, which didn’t align with the mileage. They also noted that the tires were in far worse shape than they should have been. To make matters worse, the CarFax revealed that the service intervals were only half of what they should have been, especially for a truck that clearly endured aggressive off-road driving. The dealership did an excellent job of making the truck look great on the surface, but the issues underneath were hidden well enough that it would’ve cost me $38,000 in headaches had I gone through with the purchase. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Bob Allen Ford, I strongly recommend spending $60-$100 on a 3rd party inspection before making a decision. It saved me from making a costly mistake.

Be careful dealing with this company. Sales people fail to disclose important information about costs related to EV vehicles. The “Ford promise” of installing a charger in your garage is a hollow promise. In some cases the costs of upgrading your home electricity capacity exceed the cost of installing the charger. No one will tell you that, but you are responsible for those costs. Don’t sign the “Ford Power Promise, Complimentary Home Charger, Customer Acknowledgement Form” until you know what costs are and are not covered. The complimentary power promise is anything but complimentary.

I am sorry, that the cost of installing your charger is different than you expected. Unfortunately, each install is different. Based on capacity of electrical panels already in the home. The location of the charger vs the location of the electrical panels. I wish there was a simple set up in every home. Thanks for letting us know that Qmerit and the standard installation process is quick to respond to you the consumer.
Since the charger is sold as “complimentary,” it is deceptive to not indicate in the sales process that there are numerous exclusions which might influence a purchasers decision. Not highlighting pertinent information is wrong and expecting the buyer to comb legal documents at closing is unreasonable.

I drove there from kc north to look at a 2015 Nissan maxima, priced at 15900. It had 20k miles on it and nice. A salesman named Dylan greeted me and my wife, we looked over the car and took a test drive. I was impressed and interested, we seemed to have a agreement that I wanted to start the buying process. We after filling out papers and giving my credit card to hold the vehicle awaiting finance. I said ok, and salesman said he would call when its done. Well that day no luck, so the next day I called the dealership twice, couldn't get anywhere so I drove down again, this time my wife and I stood waiting on the showroom floor only to be told by Dylan that the only way to get this car is with 6k down, and due to the age of the car, which was a 2013, it would be hard to get financing. So come to find out they never ran my card, took the car off the web site, and wasted my time. I didn't know that it was so difficult to buy older cars. But I have bought many cars over the years and I dont feel like they wanted to sell me that car. I am a disabled veteran who also works, with decent credit. My wife and I are over 50 years old, and we know how some folks get treated in joco ks. I know when my business isn't wanted and that what I felt. I will never, and I mean never go near this dealership. I am a car guy, and normally enjoy meeting new folks, but I did not have a good experience at this place. I will do my shopping north of the river like I always have.

Have used Bob Allen service department many times and have always received excellent guidance and outcomes on worked performed. They added Apple Car Play to 2016 F150 and tonneau cover. Very pleased with work and would recommend.

Very pleasant people to work with, and never did feel pressured into buying a vehicle, never had to wait much on a sales rep or any person of interest

The service manager lacked communication skills and proper updates throughout the repair process leaving a lot to be desired. Consistently had to reach out for updates myself. Acting like there was no time in the day to provide proper updates nor to explain in depth what was taking place. The entire motor was being replaced and I was not told in common language. It was frustrating and something that could have been easily avoided. Based on that interaction, why would I want to come here for service or to purchase a future car?

Total disregard after sale is completed…even if all warranties are purchased, service is one excuse after another!
