Do not trust this service department. Brought my 2013 Highlander in for an AC issue and a burning smell (RO #449503, 6/11/26). They came back saying the engine was seized and quoted me $9,827.89 — including $8,669.69 for a used engine replacement — telling me it needed to happen immediately. Their own multi-point inspection sheet checked “Coolant” as OK/filled that same visit. I got a second opinion instead of paying almost $10K. The actual problem was a bad water pump and a dead battery — the coolant system was completely empty, which is likely what caused the overheating in the first place. Total repair, done properly with a coolant/cylinder combustion test to confirm the engine itself was fine: $2,000. That’s a $7,800+ gap between what they quoted and what it actually cost to fix — for an engine that was never the problem. Either their tech never actually checked the coolant and just checked the box, or they saw it was empty and quoted me a new engine anyway instead of telling me the truth. I’ve also brought my wife’s car here for routine maintenance and now have no idea if that work was ever actually done. Get a second opinion before you approve anything here — get everything in writing

Jason was great. Got me all the information I requested and videos of the vehicle since we were out of state. Up front out the door pricing was a huge plus with this dealership. No hidden fees.

Amber did excellent job selling me the vehicle. She listened to everything that I needed on my vehicle and made sure that it had it on there.Rachel was instrumental in me finishing the paperwork and getting the last-minute add-one added . Was exactly what I was looking for. Alex did a wonderful job picking me up taken care of the vehicle and making sure everything I needed was taken care of and the new training, Mason was very accommodating, even took care of my lunch for me. Wonderful service, wonderful Price,wonderful dealership.

I had a great experience with Legends Toyota. They truly stood behind their customer service. When there was an issue with my vehicle, they worked with me and ultimately took the car back and put me in a brand new one with all the bells and whistles and a very reasonable service contract. They made the process smooth and treated me fairly. I would absolutely buy a car from them again and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
