Serviced my vehicle replacing brakes and brake fluid as well as a vehicle overall check. Stephen was very professional , timely and courteous. He made the extra effort to explain what was needed.

They estimate for repairs they sent me and that I signed

They estimate for repairs they sent me and that I signed off on was 300 less than what they charged me. The service writer said he made a mistake. But he wouldn?t let me use 15% off coupon either.

Mathew in service was awesome.

Mathew in service was awesome. First time oil change for a brand new car. Quick, detailed inspection, great work. Fixed a rock chip as well.

I get all of my bmw service done here.

I get all of my bmw service done here. The service writers and techs are all top notch. They do a great job of explaining the issues and working with me to find the best path forward. Working with the team at Baron was a better experience and a very competitive price with the local independent shops. When other shops have a 2 week waiting period Baron was able to get me in the same day. The time saved is well worth the minimal price difference for genuine BMW service and parts.

This is my first Mini- a used 2013 Cooper S- and they treat me and my car like I purchased it new from their dealership. Everyone I have met in the Servicing department is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve always wanted a Mini and after my experience so far, I think my next car will be a Mini too.
