They greeted me right when I got there. We discussed what was needed and called me an uber all within 30 minutes. Service advisor was great.

Landen and Reggie were both outstanding to work with and made the buying process as easy and straightforward as possible. Landen was knowledgeable and very responsive ensuring I had all information requested and needed.

Clinton did a great job and insured that all benefits were received. He kept me informed of all services and Visited me while waiting. He was extremely polite and helpful.

Always a great experience. My rep Matt was super knowledgeable about all aspects of my vehicle and very helpful on my repair needs. Everyone there is so professional and friendly.

This was a rare experience, but is it the new standard? Customer Service has always been amazing at Baron, but this time... well, I am not sure if they are hiring the best folks. I scheduled an appointment for a recall, for next week, and then received a text today to schedule this appointment. I called and talked to the "service manager" and was treated horribly, and the phone call ended with this representative telling me to take my car to a different dealer, and then proceeded hanging up on me. I am only giving 2 stars because of my previous experiences. When calling back, I spoke with a very nice lady, and she assured me that this is not the norm. I hate to say this, but if this guy is the "service manager", I do not know if I trust him with my recall. I just talked to BMW North America, and they let me know that there is not a recall on my vehicle, which makes this whole experience more shady.

I’ve noticed after several visits that the service department runs very smoothly. as soon as you pull into the garage you’re always promptly and politely greeted by a service team member who asks why you’re there and offers help.

Amazing customer service when I came in for an oil change! Cleaned and vacuumed the car, couldn?t recommended this place enough. Haven?t bought a car but their service department was a great experience.
