This is my first Mini- a used 2013 Cooper S- and they treat me and my car like I purchased it new from their dealership. Everyone I have met in the Servicing department is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve always wanted a Mini and after my experience so far, I think my next car will be a Mini too.

Clean and comfortable waiting lounge area.

Clean and comfortable waiting lounge area. Staff was very good about keeping us informed of the status of the work being done. We were offered refreshments and uber transportation while we waited on our car to be serviced.
