Stephen C was great to work with as a service advisor. He listened to what my concerns were and was very helpful. We discussed a few more things that need to be repaired and came up with a game plan.

I was impressed with the courtesy, and timing of everything that happened and the way they kept you updated in person and by text.

This was the second time that I brought the car to repair the oil leak. The first time, the repair was performed faster than I expected but couple of weeks later the leak was present again and having to have another repair that cost me more. They missed the real leak the first time.

Excellent dealership, I recommend the service dept to any BMW owner. I will continue to support the service dept here. I purchased a 4 M series here a few years ago that was the cats meow, unfortunately I got into a wreck two years later and could not find the same or similar car throughout CONUS. I bring my 340Xi and my X7 here for service and we are extremely happy .

Isabella was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the problem clearly. You could have better snacks and sodas.
