I went to baron bmw thinking I had made an appointment at

I went to baron bmw thinking I had made an appointment at 10 but I made it for the south bmw. Luckily they were able to take me. Cooper Bratcher was my advisor and he was excellent. From the start to the end he kept me informed how long it should take when they car to start working on it and when it was done. Told me there were no problems and nothing else needed to be done. He did his job over and beyond. I rate him a 10 and hope when I go for service I get him again.

I had excellent service.

I had excellent service. My service agent was helpful and my car is running fine. The waiting room was comfortable. They had drinks and WiFi.
