Had a front end issue while in town from Arizona....

Had a front end issue while in town from Arizona. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and went out of their way to get us on the road. Could not ask for a better experience!

2016 high country

They told my son that his tires were out of balance. But they couldn't balance them because they wouldn't fit on there Machine. So if they wouldn't fit on there Machine how do they know that they are out of balance???????

A great sale.

Found an Equinox on their website at a fair price. Went in, test drove it, liked it. Byron Garcia, my salesman was very honest and helpful in answering my questions. Negotiated my deal with Marc Vance, (sales mgr.) The delivery was also good. They thoroughly explained the infotainment system and synced my phone to the vehicle. Overall a good buying experience, and would recommend them to others.

We did not come in to buy a new car but did, our Tahoe was 12 years old and we thuoght it was time. We think we were very lucky that J.P. Bustamante led us to MISTY SHELLEY, She is Great. She listened to us and no pressure, she explaind everything. WE would tell anyone we know to come to Hendrick and See MISTY if their looking for a new car. Alexxis in delivery also was very helpful, she explane everything that we need know about the operation of everything inside the car. THANKS Jake in finance was very helpful also, and he is a VET. Finance department terrible

When you request to have the finance department run your credit through one lender and they take it upon themselves to run 7 others without prior authorization, that is bad business. When you bring it to their attention, they don't care, bad business practice by what is supposed to be a trusted name. One less customer now after 10 years. C ya.

Truck owner

Bought a new $70,000 truck the fan was hitting the fan shroud I diagnosed Myself so I new it was hitting so I set appointment for repairs they had the truck two days when I picked the truck up they said there was nothing wrong when I told them the problem in the first place so I drive the truck away and sure enough the fan hits the shroud again so I have to set another appointment for repairs and its costing me money to do so.

Pricing not as advertised

I went prepared to pay cash to purchase a vehicle based on the internet price. I was informed by the salesman and his boss that internet prices are only valid if you finance through them and have an acceptable trade in. If not, $1000 is added to the internet price. I always heard cash was king, at Hendrick it is not wanted. Their finance rates must be very high for them to feel that is where their major profit is in.

All Pricing is clearly marked and noted online with available discounts as well as the fact that not everyone will qualify for all discounts. It is impossible to be aware of all situations that can occur in a car deal so we advertise what is most common, this happens to coincide with the largest discounts as a large portion of our customers will qualify for them.

We will never come back

My husband has been to this location on several occasions. They will get done with his car and have him waiting for several more hours and won’t tell him his car is ready. When he goes to pay, they check to make sure the money is real and they will not give him cash back IN HIS HAND. They white employees set the money in the counter and leave the keys in the car instead of giving it back In His hand, like they do the white customers. I plan on contacting management tomorrow. His feelings where hurt and we will not return to this location. He works extremely hard for his money and to be treated with such disrespect is sad.

unhappy customer

I once put 7k down on a 2008 chevy silverado.... The first issue was a failed safety inspection, i had to replace the ball joints on the vehicle. Two days after getting the inspection repair completed the check engine light came on for emissions. In most states its illegal to sell a car that wont pass an emissions test, but i was told all sales are final, either thats a lie or the state of kansas does not have such a law. Within two months of owning the vehicle the lifters on the engine blew, and a week later the transfer case(Thankfully i bought a power-train warranty). Fast forward 6 months after having the lifter replaced it broke down again for the same issue. I have realized that they will continue to bounce me around and not address any real issues after forcing me to keep a vehicle. Today i tried to ask if i could trade it in for just a 3k hit(i owe 10k and its worth 5k) and explained the hardships and hesitation i have with buying from them again. They are a big dealership they should be able to help me out. The sales Manager told me that they wont help me out and that i should shop at another dealership. Thats the advice i would give to anyone buying a car shop at another dealership because hendrick is terrible. A car dealership should be judged on how they handle unhappy customers who were sold bad vehicles.
