I love this dealership. I worked with Waukesha Carter from the internet department and she made my experience go so smooth. Once I went in to the dealership I was greeted by Stan who was my sales guy avid he was funny and calmed my nerves. I would definitely go back and work with Waukesha Carter again.

Tried to sell us a vehicle with dents all over it and the MANAGER claimed it didn’t have dents and was very rude and short and ended up walking away from us after arguing with her. I have never seen a manger act that horrible towards customers. We will never go back there.

Five phone calls within three days to inform me about the car and the progress made on it. No purchase this time, but i have neverhad such good customer service and would definately buy a car from this dealership.

One of the financial service guys was rude, he seemed frustrated, wasn’t genuine, they made me feel pressured into buying another vehicle when I said I wanted my old car back, he threw my keys at me (trade in) when I was solid onto getting my old car back, pointed where it was, walked away, without a word said, didn’t escort me or anything. They don’t care, they just want their money. Very sketchy. Don’t seem to understand the word “No” or your financial situation.
