Overall Not a Bad Experience

I made an appointment with Dylan to purchase a new car and arrived on time. Unfortunately he was working with another customer. We waited a few minutes and he greeted us and got the process started. He was unable to dedicate his time to us (or the other customer) because he was bouncing back and forth. I wonder if he should have passed us to another person (but I guess he would have missed the commission). Anyway, Dylan is a great sales person, no pressure and took the time to ensure our needs were met. The down side of the entire process is that I had cash money in my pocket and it took three hours to get out of the facility. The business office was understaffed and could not get to us. I was very disappointed that they treated a cash buyer like that. I did not need financing, did not need any of the extras they try to sell, I just wanted to pay for the car and leave. Secondly, the person who was supposed to show my wife the features and teach her about the options did a poor job. I had to complete the training when we got home. Overall, I like Hendricks. they work on my Suburban and do a good job and the sales department (Dylan specifically) is great. They need to improve the business office process and certainly the delivery portion of the process.

Nice, fast, efficient

Jimmy Vaughn was excellent. Everyone was nice. They still the typical hand off but they moved very quickly with paperwork, etc. We liked the efficiency. Well done.

Purchase of a new 2016 chevy Equinox

I stopped in on my way home Friday, comparing prices. I asked for a sales person and I was kindly greeted with Stan the Man, Stan Georgakopoulos! He was nothing less than exceptional!! He worked with me, didn't waste my time and made me a deal I couldn't pass up. He took the time to understand me and my situation, and continued to make me feel like part of the Hendrick family. ( My ex-husband has worked for Hendrick for 16 years.) I didn't plan on walking out of there Friday night with a new car but he made it happen! Most loyal and respectful sales person I've ever met in my life. He took that extra step to make sure I was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend going to Hendrick Chevrolet if you are considering a new or used vehicle. Ask for Stan the Man, and I promise you, you won't be disappointed and he keeps everything real!! I will never go to any other dealership now!

Nothing less than exceptional.

Our experience with Hendrick Chevrolet was nothing less than exceptional!! My wife and I came into look at a 2010 Silverado 2500. Rick Herrera greeted us with a very genuine and warm welcome. He retrieved the truck for us to test drive and was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. (Very impressive) We decided we did not want the 2500 and decided to look at a new 1500. In short we kind of ran him ragged with questions and wanting to look at other trucks and options. After about 3 hours we came to a decision on a 2016 Silverado. We added accessories, removed options, etc. Not one time did Rick express any frustration. It was obvious that he wanted us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. The next day we called him wanting a different front end. Hendrick did not have that truck available, but Rick immediately went out and found us what we were looking for in Leavenworth KS. He sent us pictures of the truck and we told him that was it. Now, we wanted several options added to this truck and this is where Garry Miller and Rick had to work together. We made changes several times after they had done work on the truck. Again they both just wanted us to have what we wanted. When it was finished we knew we were getting what we wanted and not settling. Rick and Gary were a blast to work with. We had a lot of fun and honestly the best experience every purchasing a vehicle. I can only hope that Rick and Gary are around when it is time to purchase our next vehicle. To finalize, awesome customer service, never any pressure during the process and highly recommend. Thank you for the experience.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Kelly went above and beyond to represent this company. Price was fair and always felt in great contact with the representative. I've never actually used a service department at a major dealership but after my experience I definitely will again.

WOW!!

We went to the dealership Saturday to "look" at a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport. We had recently decided to take the plunge and start the process of finding a newer Corvette to replace our 2005 Corvette, "Rocket Girl". We drove her only to see what we might get for a trade in without expecting to make any deal. As a matter of fact we were sure that this trip was only the beginning of our search. Obviously since I am writing this review it turned out to be a short search. Sarabeth got us connected with Stan "Chicago" Georgakopoulos in sales. Stan was new to the dealership and Corvettes, so Robert helped him and in the process made us feel very comfortable with the dealership and the process. Begi in finance was extremely efficient and a delight to deal with. We found we were dealing with real people - nice people. Without exception everyone we dealt with was pleasant and friendly. No pushy sales talk, no protracted haggling. It was the best car buying experience ever.

great customer service w/ details

We came in for a search of a new vehicle and trade in of a family member's. We worked with Stephanie W. In sales. She led us to the right direction everytime. Very informative, polite and helpful. She answered every question about appraising, trading and buying. She also informed us of any great deals we find, Hendrick will get the vehicle to us one way or another. We.will definitely be back and let her lead us the way when we are definite on buying a car of our choice. Great customer service, knowledgable, and leadership

Pleasant, easy car buying experience.

Thank you for a pleasant, no pressure, professional car buying experience. After visiting several other dealerships, I found what I wanted at Hendrick Chevrolet. Bob Stewart took the time to listen to me to determine what I was looking for. He found the vehicle I wanted in the Hendrick inventory. He then worked with me to ensure the price of the vehicle met my needs. His professionalism and friendliness contributed to a pleasant experience.

Welocme Home

I was greeted right away by Derrick on the service drive. I told him I had an appointment with Scott and he quickly got Scott for me but also took time to talk to me like he was 'catching up with and old friend'. Derrick has helped me in the past and I was always taken good care of with him as well. Scott has been my service advisor for probably the last year or so. He has great attention to detail and makes sure my needs are met and the truck is 'fixed right the first time'. Its not 'all business' when I come to Hendrick Chevrolet. Everyone is friendly and takes time to say hi. Jason is quick to chime in as well. Its like seeing friends when I come in. I like that. I am not 'just a customer' when I come in. That's the way it should be. Great Service Every Time.

Wonderful car buying experience

We went to the Hendrick to have the oil changed in our truck that we purchased 3 years ago. we didnt plan on buying a car that day. We were just walking around while waiting. Caleb approached us and we started talking about vehicles. He mentioned they had a car I may be interested in. We went for a test drive and we decided we really did like the car. the experience was a pleasent transaction from sales to finance. Shaun was wonderful with helping find the best loan for us. Went back to finalize some paperwork and left with a car wash and my gas tank was topped off. Very friendly and great service. Makes you feel important and a customer that they want to keep around. I really do appreciate all their help. Even as sad as I was to trade in my baby. they helped make it not so difficult. Thanks Hendricks...
