Exceptional Service!
I'm so Grateful! "Stan The Man" is the Man. He went above & beyond to make me Happy. He didn't quit until I got the Car I wanted. He knew that I wanted that Impala, and He made sure I got it. I must say. I've never been to a dealership like this. I will recommend everyone, that is looking to upgrade or just get a new car. Hendrick Chevrolet is it! Stan G. Is the man to see. Thanks Stan for your commitment to get me in my New Chevy Impala. Stan made me so happy! I cried all the way home. Because This Team made it Happen! I can't say Thank You enough! Stan is the Man!

Great Sales Team, Not So Great Maint Team
Great sales team but the service dept is not at the level I expect. The day I purchased the new vehicle, I noticed that the passenger headlight had condensation inside the unit it which will damage and lessen the life of the light (especially a xenon headlight like mine). I was told that condensation is normal, which is flatly not true and I felt insulted that the service employee thought I was that ignorant of basic car care. Then, I was told I would have to pay for the replacement but after some back and forth I convinced the service department that a new vehicle should not have condensation in a headlamp unit and the shop agreed to replace and install it at no cost. The part was ordered (off of eBay from what I was told) but when received, it was the incorrect part and this delayed my repair by a week as a new item had to be ordered. Once the vehicle was returned to me with the headlamp unit replaced, I noticed that the front bumper was no longer connected directly under the new headlamp unit. The headlights were also not pointed correctly after being replaced. I have to bring my car back in for more repairs this Thursday to correct these issues. I?m very disappointed in the service department. Would not recommend and will find another Chevrolet dealer to use in the future for any maintenance.

"We Buy Cars" - But you won't get your check for over a week
Worst customer experience of our lives. I work in fleet for a living, I talk to dealers around the country EVERYDAY. I have never been treated this way. We sold our truck to them on a Friday. We received a quote, were told to come in and sign off on the paperwork and we could walk with our money in hand! (Just as their advertisements say!). WRONG. We let them know we were coming in Friday after work to seal the deal. We fill out the paperwork, everything is set. Give them the keys. Then the guy says, "our people that cut checks leave at noon on Fridays...so it will be Monday." We ask about taking the truck home until then and they say that we signed over the truck so we can't take it home either, "we are a big dealership, you'll get your money, trust me." We talk to accounting that following Monday. She states that she can get our payoff info sent over to our bank via FedEx and as long as they respond right away we could have our check by Wednesday (they have to put a 24hr hold on our check, they being the dealership...never heard of that before). We wait, hear nothing. Call our bank on Thursday assuming they were holding it up...no, haven't heard from Hendrick yet. Call Hendrick, oh...we got busy on Monday, I was out on Tuesday so I sent it out on Wednesday, they should have it on Thursday to process so you should hopefully get your check from us on Friday. ONE WEEK AFTER we dropped our truck off to them. Better luck selling it on Craigslist! They only care about a sale, not the buying of cars or anything else they can't make commission on. The guys on the floor do not know the behind the scenes process very well. For a LARGE professional looking dealership, we expected much more. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend any of my fleet professionals around the city to work with them or my friends to even think about dropping off a car to them. ~Signed....the folks still waiting on our check..."trusting" that they will get it to us when they fell like it.

My new car had issues right from the beginning but my service rep Kelly McCord really took care of me and made sure that my car got fixed. I will always deal with her. She is great!!

Hendrick's Chevrolet Collision Center
The collision work done on my vehicle took two weeks when it was only suppose to take 2 or 3 days. Two different times I was promised a date that my vehicle would be done and no one called to tell me my vehicle wouldn't be done on time and I was rarely called with updates through the whole process. When my vehicle was finally done and I got it home the trunk liner was only partially reinstalled. The explanation I was given was that the technician couldn't figure it out and it seemed like it shrunk so they just left it undone. I had to bring it back up to Chevy and tell the technician how to reinstall it properly. The whole experience left me feeling like customer service was lowest on everyone's list of priorities.

Best buying experience with David Ezak
I went in to look at buying or leasing a new Chevy Malibu. I worked with David Ezak and he made it very easy to buy. He walked me through every decision and explained everything to me clearly! He helped me pick the best option. He gave me a very good deal on my trade in! I would recommend working with him he is very good at what he does! I am now currently an owner of a 2015 Chevy Malibu!

deceptive sales practices and dishonest
I gave a deposit on a vehicle over the phone with salesman Rick Herrera. He stated that he would overnight me the purchase order and paperwork needed. Later that night I was contacted by the Finance Manager ( Becky ) who offered to beat the preapproved rate I had received. She stated that it would be a simpler transaction for both parties involved and for that reason I accepted to proceed with her offer. She asked for me to send proof of insurance and a copy of ID to Rick and I did as instructed. The next morning I received a call from Rick at 9:20am while I was at work. I explained that I would call him back due to the fact that I was in a meeting, which he understood. I gave him a call as soon as I was done on 3 seperate occasions and was transferred to their voicemails. I decided to leave Rick a voicemail and a message with the receptionist as well. At 5:00pm after never getting a call back I again called Rick and he answered explaining the car that I had placed a deposit on had just been sold. He informed that his manager made a decision to sell the car to someone else ( Clearly a more convenient immediate pay out for the dealer). I don't think any consumer should be treated the way that I was. I feel discriminated against and not valued as a loyal Chevrolet consumer. I had been in negotiation with Rick for well over a week and he new that I was purchasing the car of my dreams. Hendrick Chevrolet struck me as a serious/ reputable dealership based on the feedback/ reviews left on their page by consumers, was I wrong. I can honestly say the after experiencing their deceptive sales practices this dealer has no values/ moral standards to the consumer. I have purchased several vehicles from various Chevrolet dealerships across the US and can say that I have never had such a heartbreaking and dishonest experience.

Never Fails
I am never surprised at the high quality of service I receive. I called Scott Phegley on Tuesday morning last week and told him I was having trouble starting my 2007 Trailblazer and was afraid I would be stranded. He told me to bring it in right away and he would provide transportation for me, knowing my job depends on me being able to get to appointments. I dropped it off and was on my way quickly, as always. Scott called me the next day with a report and possible solutions to the intermittent starting problem. His technician also caught a part in the front end getting loose that left unchecked would eventually ruin my front tires. I am so glad to have such an efficient team working for me and in my best interest. I won't take my SUV anywhere else. In fact, I will be due to replace my it within the next 12 months and you can bet I will purchase it from Hendrick Chevrolet. I purchased my 2007 Trailblazer there in 2008. It had 5,000 miles on it. Now it has over 160,000 miles and going strong. Thanks, in part, to the great service from Hendrick Service and also a great product of Chevrolet.
