Joji Eappen was recommended to me because one of my friends had a good experience buying a new car from him. I just came for visiting the show room and have a look. But Joji clearly understood my requirements and priorities and he spent some time with me. He recommended the vehicle Sienna LE and figured out a better price which I was comfortable. I had been wanting to get into a newer looking car, and Brent and Brett both helped me get into a new car. I would have not been able to get a loan, but Brent worked very hard on my case prior to me getting my new wheels. Words can not express how happy I am, and my kids are with the new ride. Thanks Brent for your hard work, and for the 2012 Hyundai Accent still can't believe its in my drive way, love it! I bought my first car and had a really great experience. I was very impressed with the sales department. They were all very nice and friendly. I did not feel forced into buying a car. Once I bought the car, they walked me through the whole process.

I worked with Ken Campbell at Olathe Toyota in September 2015. I had looked for the right truck at the right value for over a year. I was able to find a 2010 used F-150. I am the type of person who goes to lots often to look, but usually I leave quickly because a lot shark rubs me the wrong way and seems a little too aggressive. I was in the lot, just checking out the truck and Ken approached - professional and not pushy at all. In fact, the entire experience was relaxed and casual. He didn't try to "sell me" on all the features, as he understood I knew what I was looking at. I was treated fairly in negotiations, and was treated with respect. There were a few requests I had - and they accommodated. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Ken. Thanks for the great experience.

I have been in search of a 2015 TRD 4Runner for several months. Growing tired of regional Toyota dealers lack of success I decided to try Cars.com. I am glad I did, this led me to Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota more specifically to Joshua. He indicated no TRD's was on the lot only that one was on the way and already spoken for. What Joshua did next is where he set himself apart. After our initial phone call Joshua checked the orders and realized another TRD had been ordered but, the person that ordered this became impatient and purchased a Trail Premium off of the lot, leaving the TRD on order available. In short order I was able to secure the vehicle over the phone. My TRD is due to arrive mid September. This was the 1st time I used Cars.com and it paid off big time. I had several regional Toyota dealerships on notice, none were successful. Thank you Cars.com for leading me to my TRD. I should say, I have not physically been to this dealer I will travel to pick up my new TRD but, this has all been done via phone, text and email.

I'm always impressed w/ this place. Their service dept. is freaking great! They even fixed a little problem I was having w/ my back window bracket that I never previously told them about. Also, I appreciate the customer lounge upgrade. Good job guys!

Our salesperson, Joji Eapen, was fantastic to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We also appreciated his opinions on option choices on the Camry.
