Terrible car buying experience would never buy another car from this conman. Got the complete run around from everybody got a car that was supposed to be certified

Easy and Stress Free
This was the first new car I have ever purchased, and my sales person Brett Garcia couldn't have made my experience any more streamlined. You can tell he knows his cars. I was in and out with a 2015 Toyota RAV4 within less than 2 hours from test drive to keys in my hand. Brett was extremely helpful and efficient and was very easy to work with compared to other dealers I've visited. I would highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Olathe Toyota and ask for Brett Garcia, the service and buying experience is first class. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Kenny is terrible.
Took my car in a week after was purchased. Window wouldn't roll down and the engine was shaking. Claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. I asked them to send it to a Honda dealership, since the car was a Honda and they told me I was on my own. I got into an arguement with Kenny, the owner until he was read in the face yelling at me, a 25 year old woman. Left furious and my car ended up dying the next day on interstate 35 and I was stuck on the side of this busy interstate with my son in the car. Ended up having to get a new timing chain and a few other minor repairs leaving me with a hefty bill. On a brighter note the salesman I worked with was great.

No hassle experience
Just bought a new Toyota Highlander from Olathe Toyota and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kendall was a pleasure to work with as well as the entire team. The sales offer was right the first time, the finance process was simple, and the information given when handing over the car was very detailed. Just a great overall experience.
