Having previously purchased from other GMC dealerships (less than desirable experiences...), it was time to shop a new dealership group in KC. I worked with Jake, and bought a truck that first (and only) visit in. Great pricing, great service, hassle-free negotiation, and extremely responsive through the entire process. Will plan to work with Brogden (Jake and Paul) again in 2027 on another purchase. I have also been introduced to the service department, who similarly seem to be top notch. Thank you all!

I had a great buying experience and I always leave service appointments feeling like I made an informed choice. They don't push to do any work that you do not need or want. My appointments were easy to schedule and have always been completed on time and for the price that I was quoted. Lacey was very helpful with my last service appointment. Overall, I am very happy with this dealership and I will continue to service my truck here.

Here is our text about your Service Center below; Joel, I checked with the technician, and the odorant was installed properly. Something the boss asked me has the cabin air filter been changed. Looking back in our history I cannot see any records where we have done that. I was not sure if this is something you do on your own or have done elsewhere. It was part of the recommended services discussed on your last oil change but was not sure if that had been done. It is like the return vent filter on your AC and Heat unit at your house. He would like to offer replacing it for free before crediting back the services, if it has not been done. -- JIMMY STATELER I thought the tech would have checked the cabin filter the first time I took the truck in for the smell. Why was this not checked the second time I brought the truck back to you? I had issues at Cable Dahmer on my truck with their tech's and not doing their jobs. This seems to be a very common thing with gmc. I will get your card credited for the service. -- JIMMY STATELER
