Roger was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful.
Roger was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. He knew the car backwards and forwards, inside and out. He made us feel very comfortable and and relaxed. Very happy with our Sales experience. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because of a past negative experience with Service. Immediately after an oil change, my Buick leaked out a bunch of oil all over the place and had to be brought back in to fix their mistake. Definitely won't be bringing my new car back to them for Service. Also, be aware, they apply an acrylic coat over the paint on new vehicles. This is part of a warranty/"protection package" they force you to buy if you want the car ($2,000 on my Envision). I wouldn't have wanted the warranty and an acrylic coating isn't worth $2,000 to me, but I wanted the car so I they got an extra $2,000 out of me.
