Met my needs. I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting area is small and with the door to the outside opening directly to this letting in a cold draft

Checked in right on time and got all of my recalls
Checked in right on time and got all of my recalls handled plus a tire rotation all within the time I was told it would take. Derrik kept me posted on the timeline and checked me out within minutes. Very pleased with the experience.
