Somehow my personal information has gotten added to a service order that isn’t my vehicle, as I have never had a vehicle purchased or serviced at Robert Brogden. I also don’t appreciate one of their salesmen brushing me off when I attempted to advise them of the issue. Beware of data being used by this company.

We had to keep calling to have them let us know when the part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to tell us when we got there that part isn't there. We live over an hour away. It took a good 6 months, and that was with us reaching out to them. When we did finally get the car in, all the employees weren't working. They were standing around the snack table talking and eating. Poor customer service and accountability.
