Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them

Sales person and I agreed on a price only having them drop off the 500 dollar admin fee and tried to move onto financing and they made financing high went through my bank to get lower interest and they charge 500 dollars for paperwork fees. They will not work with you on price at all and will charge you for whatever they can even after agreeing on a price. They fought with my bank to even try and get financing to begin with. They are very unfriendly and will do anything they can to try and get the money they want. I absolutely loved the car I was trying to buy and was trying really hard to work with these people and they do not want to work with you. You are only dollar signs to these people and I would strongly recommend going anywhere else

Highly over priced, very poor customer service.

Highly over priced, very poor customer service. I will not recommend the dealership or service department to anyone. I will take my 2021 Honda CR-V S.E. to another dealership for servicing from know on.

Repeated problems with this dealership texting my phone

Repeated problems with this dealership texting my phone even when the service advisor said he sees 'do not text' all over our account page! My wife specifically told him when she brought the vehicle in for service, and he specifically said he sees 'do not text' on the account page! Yesterday he claimed he called and left message in the morning. There was only one call from him (no message) at 3:44 PM that I answered. This morning I get texted with an html survey request. I am on a non-internet flip phone. No matter how many people at this place say they will fix this, EVERYONE there ignores the simple, documented request! In short, these people do NOT give a crap about their customer's simple preferences for communication!

Excellent communications.

Excellent communications. Great salesman. Great manager. Satisfied with trade value. Long distance deals are difficult logistically. Not like driving up town. Trying to coordinate family plans to drive 700 miles to Kansas City MO put deal closure at risk. My wife had a family emergency in Baton Rouge. The car was sold by the time we got back. Dealership is 5 star all the way.

Priced a new Honda from this dealer and learned that the price included close to $2500 above the MSRP. Really? What do you get for the money? The privilege of doing business with them? Sorry, but we purchased from another dealer who was more realistic.

Worst/Slow service ever received in 6yrs.

Worst/Slow service ever received in 6yrs. Since my old service rep moved away and relocated get eorse each time for simple things.Charged for test already knew problem with TMPS previously spoke to parts and service depts prior to bringing CRV up there. Charged for test already knew tire issues then I used loyalty points wasted for basically no work could've taken elsewhere and saved my $$ and loyalty points. Noone cares all about $$ after I have spent thousands keas than 2months ago redo ftont end and new vattery etc.I wil be going elsewhere for service

Had a terrible experience with this dealership.

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. There are a few: not one, not two, but a few reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to make a purchase. I’ll never step foot in those doors to do business there again.

This place is horrible.

This place is horrible. They are not advertising their $2,500 market adjustment fee on any new vehicle. They also don't advertise that they will only sell you a new Honda if you live in Blue Springs or Lee's Summit. I'm truly sorry I sent them 2 customer's that purhased here in the last year and a half. They tried to tell me it is worth the almost 10% mark up on the car I want, to get it 2 months earlier. Shop around, go a little distance and there are other dealers that will sell you a car without this outrageous mark up.If they are screwing you on the sale up front, think about how they will screw you when you get your serviced or fixed.

Called to see if my 100,000 miles warranty was still good, Aaron looked it up and said it was. I was over charged for looking at my car. Then was sent an email threatening me to have it fixed with them. The service person was very rude (John). I mentioned what was said to my Mechanic and they said you think they would train them how to speak to people. I said I was going to get it fixed with someone else for less.

I've never seen a dealership less interested in selling a car! I'd give it zero stars if I could. My wife and I visited the dealership early on a Saturday morning (shortly after the dealership opened so as to avoid any crowds) to look at a Honda Civic. Website indicated that they had 4 in stock that we were generally interested in, but we knew we would likely have to order to get the car we wanted (we wanted a manual transmission). We flagged down a salesman (who never gave us his name) who reluctantly talked to us . He initially said they had nothing we could look at, but eventually located two Civics that were sold but that had not yet been delivered that we could look at the exterior of. When we mentioned the possibility of ordering a car, salesman's only response was "we don't sell at list, we'll charge a $2,500 premium over sticker". He never went on to ask what we were interested in or to discuss the possibility of placing an order. We never mentioned price at all just that we are interested in a Civic with a manual transmission and the possibility of ordering a car. The salesman then wonder off 10 yards or so (smoking his cigeratte the whole time) while my wife and I looked at the two Civic's we were allowed to look at. No attempt to show us anything else that was in stock, to give us any information about the Civic (beyond the "we only sale at a premium" line) or to see if there was a different model that we might be interested in - really no attempt to help us or to make a sale at all. After the way we were treated I've got say we're no longer interested in a Honda and even if we were, we'd certainly never buy it from Lee's Summit Honda.
