Great customer service!

We were the recipients of very thorough, and courteous care in the service department. Jordan and Robert were thorough, and easy to communicate with. Gretchen Jammiggeh was excellent in assisting us with our new MDX purchase. All of those employees involved with that transaction were efficent, professional, and curteous. All customer service employees at Jay Wolfe Acura made us feel comfortable, and welcome.

Committed to customer satisfaction.

Jay Wolfe is all about customer satisfaction. Everyone obviously enjoys what they're doing and dedicated to taking care of your needs. We have been tremendously impressed with the knowledge of their products by everyone we've met. In addition, they always have time to explain and demonstrate how to use the vehicle and the tech package it comes with. Jon Stout was our sales person and has demonstrated that his job did not stop after we signed on the dotted line. Great job all around. Best new car experience in over 8 new cars!

Best Service in Kansas City

I went in for a A1 service. My passenger front car door was also not closing properly. Dusty Hancock figured out that the bottom of my car door was bent. He straightened it out, touched up with paint - without charging me. Just one of the many things Dusty has done for me over the years. In just over an hour, I had service, a clean car and a working passenger door. Wouldn't go any where else!

Great Service & Great Waitting Room

Robert Beaver is a "Top Shelf" Customer Service Rep. He was professional, quick and friendly with good technical skills. The running maintenance on my RDX was performed flawlessly & the couple additional items were explained to me perfectly. The service was quick & painless, except for the cost. The waiting room is fabulous. The server takes care of your every need, the food is above average, and the lounge/TV area is comfortably Great.

Excellent Service!

I love my 07 RL. Best car I have ever owned! 128,000 miles and still drives like new! The service department has always been a pleasure to work with over the last 10 years. They are always friendly and explain any optional services required in detail. Unlike going to the dentist...I always look forward to visiting the Jay Wolfe Acrua service department!

Easy Transaction, Great Service

Would Recommend, friendly staff and good service. Purchased a new MDX and the dealership was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities if you have to wait.
