Car Purchase
Purchased new ILX am completely satisfied with Jay WOlfs team, they are second to none. Love the car except the day after I get it, we get an ice storm It was looking so beautiful for 24 hours.

Acura MDX 2016 was brought in for routine maintenance
Dillon Rath explained what they were going to do for the routine maintenance. He addressed a couple of things that I wanted them to check - left front tire generally listed a pound of air lower than the other tires and to look at the right rear door to unlock with all of the other doors. The waiting area is great - very friendly. He came in and recommended to balance the tires based on the tire print out sheet. At check out he showed that a couple of filters may need to be replaced on the next routine maintenance.

Dusty Hancock is a true service professional! I drive 40 minutes to Jay Wolfe Acura to get my car serviced. Dusty is so accommodating, upfront and honest - tells me what needs done and when with no pressure. He is always happy and friendly! He is an asset to Acura.

Came in for an oil change
When I called to make appointment for oil change, the service rep said I should come in even though I had not reached the mileage requirement, because the car was 6 months old. When I got there Alejandro told me that was not the case because my oil gage was way too high. I appreciated his honesty, if not the misinformation from the lady who scheduled an unnecessary appointment that took part of my morning. Alejandro also provided information on purchasing a spare tire (I had assumed that a car so expensive would have one--I've never owned a car that didn't come with a spare tire, including my last Acura!) He also sent the car for a wash and vacuum which was appreciated. He was very helpful and pleasant. Below you ask me to rate quality of the work done on my car, and the price which I cannot accurately rate as there was none. However, I can't submit this without marking it.

First time routine service on my TLX
On time. Well organized and informed. Jordan was very helpful and I was out in 90 minutes. Trevor Guy leased the car to me and he stopped by to say "Hello" Also Trevor helped me with garage door opener a few months ago. Cedric Thomason just leased an RDX and was very helpful to her.
