This dealership is awesome!! Zach was great to deal with when we had tires put on our car. The technician that installed them did a great job. Ryan Brehm is no nonsense and gets the job done. I went in the dealership to test drive an Explorer at 9:15 a.m. and was a new owner of an 2026 Explorer xx and out the door at 12:15. He assumed, Daniel was excellent with the connectivity end of it. And of course Todd Gentry is great to work with too. It was an OUTSTANDING experience! Crossley has been our dealer fro 15 years and we are super happy with them.

I love these guys, I bought my first brand new truck from them and I just bought a new Lobo F-150 from them. They’ve always done right by me, I’ve had all my services done through them and always will. Sam Dorsey is amazing, when I first heard from him about the truck I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to pull it off but he really helped me out not only with the discounts but also gave me more than I expected for my trade-in They’re the best in the business as far as I’m concerned!

The vibe is positive, and high energy as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is super friendly and happy….even Turbo! Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They took extra time to find a warranty that was best for me, and never did I feel like I was being pushed in a certain direction. I never felt rushed. It was the best and easiest auto purchase I have ever made.
