The vibe is positive, and high energy as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is super friendly and happy….even Turbo! Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They took extra time to find a warranty that was best for me, and never did I feel like I was being pushed in a certain direction. I never felt rushed. It was the best and easiest auto purchase I have ever made.

Jamie Cook has always been my go to, even though his is not on the showroom floor anymore he never hesitates to make me and my time important. Adam (Sales) has also been involved with my last two purchases and is top notch too. I also have to mention Rick Wolpers (Sr Master Tech) in the service department, best there is. Todd and the Crossley family has surrounded the dealership with great people! If you are in the market, or need service include Crossley before you make a final decision.

Mike in service was very friendly and professional. When the service department didn't complete the recall he jumped on it and got it done while I waited. Also Brenda who drove me home is great representation of Crosley very friendly. The only criticism I would say is some of the female employees on the sales floor don't look very professional in their casual dress. Of course I'm old fashioned and like to see sharp modest dressers. Thanks for getting me fixed up.
