The vibe is positive, and high energy as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone is super friendly and happy….even Turbo! Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They took extra time to find a warranty that was best for me, and never did I feel like I was being pushed in a certain direction. I never felt rushed.
