Everyone was great! Ryan York and Rick Wolpers did great at making sure I was well informed, had options and didn't pressure me or talk to me like I was stupid. My car was clean and I feel at ease bringing my car there again when needed.

Zackary Oldham in service has done everything possible to get the repair to my brand new F-150 covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Him and everyone at Gary Crossley Ford are great, just wish Ford itself was as concerned about standing behind their product. Great experience with dealership, not so much with warranty and engineering at Ford.

It was a real pleasure working with Bryce Hill. He was super professional, easy to work with, and very relaxed and non-pressuring. Bryce went above and beyond by bringing out another similar vehicle (2025 Ford Maverick) that had fewer miles and more add-on’s. I liked it so much, I ended up purchasing the truck. The Dealership was fantastic to work with! I’ll be bringing my business back, and will refer others as well. Great Job!

Knowledgeable and NOT pushy when I bought my 2025 Bronco in February. Answered all my questions and had me in and out in my new ride pretty quick. Do recomend them. Very positive experience when alot of times it can be a pain buying a new car.

Charlie was phenomenal when I bought my 2025 bronco. He was not only patient but listened to and answered all my questions. Made the experience very smooth and not nerve wracking like most the times of buying a new car. Gary crossley overall has been great and would buy from them again along with using their service department.
