Yesterday I took my 2017 Ford Escape to Gary Crossley Ford that I just bought about a month ago. There was a recall on a certain part that hasn't been done yet and they performed the replacement under warranty. It was also time to service the transmission and I asked them to do that too. Ryan was my Service Associate who helped me. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific car and its transmission and the frequency of the service that would keep it running great. He explained everything in a way I could understand and then even walked me to the area I could pay for the service. This was top notch , expert customer service along with next level experience. Any time I need service of any kind on my car, I will take it to Gary Crossley Ford. Thank you Ryan for all your help!

Service tech kept me involved on progress. At close, game me a list of upcoming items to keep value up.. Ford needs to find the parts to satisfy the recall issues. Great service,!!!!

Our salesman Ryan was very patient with questions we ask explained the operations of all the instruments ect. He has a great personality which makes buying an explorer tremor or any vehicle easy. We stopped in to look at a vehicle that we thought we wanted to buy, but found that our original choice didn't really fill all of our needs. Charlie was a no pressure guy, and he showed us a few more cars. We found one that was ideal for us. We will definitely go back when we need to replace our other vehicle.
