I have a Works Pkg done every six months at Crossley Ford. They keep the appointment time. They provide recommendations for proper maintenance. My car has 142000 miles on it and I feel more secure having it checked regularly.

I had service appointment for an oil change and warranty issue. The service staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. They explained what was done at a reasonable price. The waiting room was comfortable, and updates were given. Every encounter, question, or issue I have had with Staff has been handled professional & timely. I do recommend checking out Gary Crossley for your next vehicle or service needs. My only suggestion for Gary Crossley Ford is to update their car wash. If free washes are suppose to be s benefit of purchasing a vehicle there, then take pride in it. Hours are hit & miss, especially for those of us that live farther away, lines can be long, and the car wash itself is outdated. I think you can do better.
