I had service appointment for an oil change and warranty issue. The service staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule. They explained what was done at a reasonable price. The waiting room was comfortable, and updates were given. Every encounter, question, or issue I have had with Staff has been handled professional & timely. I do recommend checking out Gary Crossley for your next vehicle or service needs. My only suggestion for Gary Crossley Ford is to update their car wash. If free washes are suppose to be s benefit of purchasing a vehicle there, then take pride in it. Hours are hit & miss, especially for those of us that live farther away, lines can be long, and the car wash itself is outdated. I think you can do better.

Factory recall on my F150. Mobile service came to my house and performed the recall repair! I did not ask for this. They called and offered it to me. Best idea ever!!

I was called by customer service at Gary Crossley Ford last week to set up an appointment. I took my truck in yesterday (weds) it was done in 30 minutes. Today (thursday) i recieved the letter from the Ford motor customer service in Dearborn about the recall. I would say that Gary Crossley Ford was looking out for me!!!!
