Before buying a car at Mark Jacobson I dreaded going car shopping. But Mark Jacobson Toyota is not your typical car dealership. I just bought my second car from them, a used 2018 Prius Touring Four and was very pleased with the experience Chris Paine was great to work with and provided detailed documentation showing how they arrived at a fair price for the vehicle. Closing the deal and completing the paperwork with Genesis was a pleasure. After the purchase I noticed a minor problem with the switch for the auto high beam feature and was very happy to see that Mark Jacobson repaired the problem at no charge. Mark Jacobson Toyota will definitely be my dealership of choice when it’s time to buy my next car.
