I have never dealt with more arrogant sales men. They spoke down to us, interrupted, and were more concerned with dominating the conversation than assisting the customer.

I got charged for an oil change, even though I had a sticker on the window that clearlybsaid it had been done less than 100 miles before. I wish they would have asked me if I needed that before doing it.
