    Management was fantastic and professional. Unfortunately our salesman Vinh was not professional. When we first arrived it was very safe and clean and they... took amazing measures to ensure that everything was as clean as it could be. We went on a hassle free test drive and absolutely loved our experience in the car. When we sat down with Vinh, we were asking him questions regarding the value of the car and why it was priced the way it was. We were told we can leave and look elsewhere if we don't like the price. That left me feeling uneasy, but I loved the car so we continued with our purchase. We left the dealership and I was asked to complete the financing application online at home and I obliged the first time. I informed Vinh that our application was submitted and then he asked the following day if we could do it again as he said he "can't find it". I asked him if this is the only way to apply for financing and he said "no its the old way lol". He then provided me the same website application that I originally completed. I told him I do not feel comfortable filling it out until I speak with a manager. He then replied with "You realize it's what we use to secure you a bank loan to purchase the vehicle ? Without it you can't take the car. But sure ok" As a consumer, I did not appreciate this response as it was unprofessional. I did speak with the manager Brandi the next morning and I addressed this as well to her and she apologized, was very nice and helpful and she was a joy to work with. I am not here to talk bad of the dealership because they were great. I had a unpleasant experience with our salesman, but I felt reaffirmed by management that we were making a good purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do come to this dealership, but I do not recommend our salesman Vinh. Happy hunting!

    The people I dealt with were caring, attentive, considerate, and not pushy. I left after the first test drive to think about the car and try a few more... options elsewhere. I returned the next day and got my CX-5!

    Both Kevin Barzola and Gary Sumling were phenomenal throughout my entire buying experience. Kevin made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job of... informing me of what Mazda and the CX-5 had to offer, while never pressuring me in any way. Gary then made the finalizing of the purchase very seamless and easy. I unfortunately forget the name of the woman who went through all the bells and whistles with us before we drove it off the lot but she was extremely informative and awesome as well! Truly an exceptional experience and one I will advertise to others.

    I scheduled an appt fir a basic oil change and was advise 39 to 40 1 and half later I was done. The pushy tech Mersad must of told me about the same thing... a ton of times. I said No!! What do you don’t understand. I ask for a price on headlight bulb. They never came out to tell me. However charged me 100.00 to change a bulb. Totally off the wall ... wonder if was not in my budget. I will never recommend or go to this location again. Terrible . I not buying a car you pushing .... to service cars in call for . What I should of done was not pay for bulb replacement because I did not approve it.

    I came in with a 2001 Mazda Protege for repairs I had a bad alternator and I was offered to get it fixed. Instead I met with Nicholas my sales person.... In the process of getting an upgrade (my new car) Nicholas was very helpful I thought I was not going to get approved because of my low credit score but he tried and got me approved for a used 2012 Mazda 3 that I'm very grateful for. Nic Explained to me the following: How credit works. How my buying interest percentage works. What I was getting in to if I made the purchase And gave me a chance to test drive my vehicle even when he new I did not have the money for the down payment. Nic took my word for coming back a few days latter with the money to make the purchase and my car was not offer to anyone else I found it exactly where and how I left it after driving it. I made a new registration for this car owed taxes in another town and I was offered a car pool and the deal was closed as soon as I got back from paying my taxes. He also was able to help me unregister my old plates. Over all I'am very satisfied with my sales person and the dealer for the hard work and excellent customer service they provided me with. The facility was clean and in good shape. I am currently here almost a week later, I was received with a hug and more excellent customer service. Thank you Liberty Mazda I'am now part of the family.

    Had several issues with the salesperson at this dealership. The overall experience of buying a car was terrible. It's pretty bad when I have to keep correcting... the dealership's paperwork. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.

    Great experience, honest upfront from the start. After looking at 4 different cars decided on a Mazda. After going to several Mazda dealers still ended... up with the best deal from a Liberty. Everyone was friendly and engaging. Would definitely recommend buying a care from them.

    Excellent experience at Liberty Mazda in Hartford! There was absolutely no pressure at all from any employees. I worked with David and he couldn't have... been more helpful or informative. He was extremely kind and really helped me to understand what my options were. He was totally patient with me throughout the process and let me take my time deciding! Would recommend to ANY person looking for a car upgrade! I've gotten tons of compliments on my new Mazda CX-5. Its running great and AWESOME on gas!
